“This is a new and beautiful hotel. Located in a Russian community. For Israel, most hotels are dirty and cheaply put together. But this is the exception.W stayed in a “Classic” room. The room size was large, modern and clean. The staff was amazing. So accommodating. Parking: if you’re driving you MUST call and reserve your space. The hotel is on a corner. There is NOT a place to pull up to the hotel and unload your luggage. The parking garage is secure but they available parking spots are few....

“The hotel manger hazi was a bully .refused to change sheets or clean was rude and obnoxious was threatening to call police because i requested to change my sheets .claimed screaming that he has to take out laundry there for u can’t dirty at all .he gave me torn sheets and put stains on my sheets ! He refused to send housekeeping even for light clean .there were days no one even came ?! I was tired of moving four suitcases I took the abuse ! I was shock of how hazi the manger can and will bully a...
