“The hospitality (service and meals) at Shiganoyu Hotel were amazing. While we did not speak Japanese and the staff did not speak English, they used a translation tool for conversation and didn't let that be a barrier. It was so comfortable for our family of 5 - very homey and welcoming. The tea and treat upon check-in was a nice surprise and delicious. The onsen was a relaxing bonus! “施設自体は凄い良かったです。ペット(小型犬)も一緒でしたが庭で凄く楽しそうに走り回ってたので人間も犬も満足です。ただし近場に飲食できる場所はないので、事前に周辺をよく調べて対応するか、台所もあるので食材を準備しておいた方がいいです。”
