The room was nice and clean, breakfast is great and they also have gluten free bread for breakfast, a very nice service for celiac people. The staff was very kind and helpful, the location is great near Ueno station. Highly recommended!

I’ve traveled extensively around the world during my time in the U.S. Marine Corps and later as a businessman, and I’ve stayed in more hotels than I could ever count. I can honestly say this is one of the finest properties I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and welcoming from the moment you arrive. But what truly sets it apart is the staff. Every person we encountered was warm, kind, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay exceptional. Their hospitality wasn’t just excellent—it felt sincere. To me, the true measure of a great hotel isn’t just its architecture or amenities, but the people who bring it to life every day. In that regard, this place is second to none. The beauty of the property is simply a reflection of the incredible people who care for it and the guests who stay here. Thank you for making our visit such a memorable one. The hotel is brand new, clean & spacious (even with the smallest room) However, the shower without a tub is pretty small. Washer/dryer is perfect size for daily use.
