“The staff is very good and the onsen part is perfect. But the only thing is the carpet in the room that is full of stain and you can see that it need some update, the curtains are very dusty.”

“Beautiful view if the sun rising. The host was amazing and very kind. He didn't speak English but that wasn't an issue. He used an app to translate. Once again had an amazing time. It was so close to granilumi. Definitely would love to stay here again. (Yes there was parking and wifi) The room had two American style beds. Slept good. It has heaters and coolers. Really loved it for stay and rest. He also brought my brother and I breakfast. ”

“テントエリアにトイレが1箇所しかなく(男女共用)、尚且つ年中さんの息子には高さが高く男子用の立ち便器は使えなかった。洋式トイレも高さと奥行きがあり息子はひとりで登るのに苦労していました。 その点を除けば、素晴らしい施設！ まぁ、普通にテントでキャンプと考えたらトイレ無かったりするので、それを思えば天国ですが。”

“コテージに泊まりました。 車で移動しなきゃいけないので なかなか大変だったので 次回は本館に泊まりたいです。 犬用のタオルならが 至る所にあり 大変ありがたかったです。 ”

“リビングが広くて過ごしやすかったです。 ただバーベキューコンロが故障交換中で使えなかったのが本当に残念でした。 トイレットペーパーがなくなり連絡したのですが通じず、メールでのやり取りになり少し不便でした。 場所が暗いと全く分からず、かなり迷いました。”
