Welcome Travellers! Relax and unwind in this comfortable and stylish 2BR penthouse situated in one of Malta's peaceful areas while also being super close to main attractions.

Our beautifully decorated home features a private terrace accessible from the spacious open plan area, where you can sit and admire the stunning views of the village!

Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, Smart-Tv, Wifi Access , AC & washer are all available, making it perfect fit for any type of rental.

Living Spaces| Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully designed living area, adorned with contemporary furnishings and large windows that frame the picturesque greenery views. Relax on the cozy sofa and immerse yourself in the tranquility that fills the space.

Private Balcony is accessible throughout the whole stay. Enjoy the surroundings of Iklin, making it the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the bustling streets of Malta or unwinding at the nearby attractions.

Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek countertops, modern appliances, and all the necessary utensils, allowing you to whip up delicious meals while admiring the captivating sea vistas. Dine with a view at the stylish dining table, creating memorable moments against the backdrop of Manuel Island.

Bedrooms| 2 Bedrooms, both including a double bed. One of these bedrooms also has an en-suite.

Bathrooms| Main bathroom is accessible from the hallway, which includes a bathtub while the other bathroom is an en-suite, equipped with a shower.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly.

Laundry| Apartments have access to washing machines, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special.

Guests will have full access to our apartment, including the private balcony.

Unfortunately, our property does not offer on-site parking, but street parking nearby is generally available.

Known for its peaceful atmosphere and picturesque surroundings, guests can expect a relaxing stay away from the bustling crowds while still being conveniently close to major attractions.

Iklin boasts excellent connectivity, providing easy access to the island's key destinations. With its central location, guests can effortlessly explore nearby attractions such as the historic city of Valletta, the stunning beaches of St. Julian's and Sliema, and the cultural treasures of Mdina.

Experience the laid-back lifestyle of Iklin while relishing the convenience of its proximity to essential amenities. Guests will find a range of dining options, from cozy cafes to traditional restaurants serving delectable local dishes. Additionally, nearby supermarkets, parks, and recreational facilities ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Public Transport: Malta's public bus system offers a convenient and affordable way to travel around Iklin and explore the island. The bus network connects Iklin to various destinations across Malta, including popular tourist spots, towns, and beaches. Visitors can easily access nearby towns like Valletta, Sliema, and St. Julian's using the efficient bus services, making it a great option for exploring the island on a budget.

Taxi Services: Taxi services are readily available in Iklin and provide a more direct and personalized mode of transportation. Taxis offer flexibility and convenience, especially for travelers who prefer door-to-door service or have specific destinations or schedules in mind. Guests can hail taxis on the streets or book them through various taxi companies or ride-hailing apps for a comfortable and hassle-free travel experience.

Car Rental: Renting a car provides visitors with the freedom to explore Iklin and its surroundings at their own pace. Several car rental agencies operate in the area, offering a wide range of vehicles to suit different preferences and budgets. Having a rental car allows guests to easily access not just Iklin but also other parts of Malta, offering flexibility and the opportunity to discover hidden gems off the beaten path.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
