"Worst hotel stay ever. Everything that's advertised was not available. Did not have food advertised on the menu. They had our laundry since Friday and gave it the day I was leaving which was 4 days later. I am allowed free shuttle service to the airport as advertised in my amenities and now saying ..."

"Overall, a good hotel, particularly as it relates to security, meals, and the supportive and hardworking staff.
