Hotel in zona Il Molo Sud, Great Yarmouth

“When we walked into the room, we were shocked to see how small and dated it was. Believe me it was hard for two people to walk around, also the bathroom sink was in the bedroom which was so tiny and every time you washed your hands the water just went down on the floor. This guest house is no way 4star, it’s a deliberate miss representation. Please think before you book.”

“Clean but a little dated hotel. Only one tiny bottle of shampoo / shower gel provided in the bathroom.”

“Very nice place. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast amazing. Proper classic English style hotel”

“Brilliant cheap and cheerful stay couldn’t have asked for more. In great location we’re only in the hotel to sleep and it was comfy!”

“Excellent staff committed to ensuring that the Cliff Hotel is one of the best three star hotels. Consistently good over a number of visits I have made.”

“Staff were all very helpful and chatty which was nice, nice cooked breakfast at a decent price, allowed us to leave our car in their carpark after checking out , which was apprieciated, will be back next year, thank you marine lodge”

“We were greeted by friendly staff, our room was great although bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Food was lovely although as a vegetarian there wasn’t much choice. We had a great nights sleep and the staff were helpful and friendly.”

“It was not very clean dust everywhere”

“The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice.”

“Photos don't do this place justice. I had a very comfortable stay in their cosy studio. Very clean. High quality bedding. Plenty channels on the smart tv. Fast reliable wifi and good cooking facilities.”

“Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.”

“Couldn't get hot tap to turn on in bathroom had a job with cold tap did manage to turn it on but had a job to turn off kept running so took several attempts to turn off”

“Helpful staff. Sorted out parking. Table broken in room. Shower no pressure, dribbled out. Room fan very poor, very little air coming out even at high speed. Complimentary bodywash and shampoo so small not worth open the packed.”

“Very clean room staff were there when needed and always helpful breakfast was excellent very happy with everything thank you”
