“It said there was a pool but there is not one. The host was nice friendly and easily available. The room was clean just tired in places, but perfect for what we wanted.”

We were lucky enough to be on the top floor, with a brilliant view across Great Yarmouth. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the shower was hot with fantastic water pressure for being on the top floor, and the big, white, fluffy towels were a lovely touch. “The staff was very friendly and very helpful, because we put "do not disturb" sign outside the door so they even left us a note saying they would help if we need anything, and I find it very caring and helpful, and the room was very clean and smell very fresh and nice, definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and me and my girlfriend I'll definitely come back!!”

“My stay at this hotel was ok, but i only stayed for 2 days, the hotel looks dated inside, the lift looks like its been there when the hotel was built, it worked but only2 people would fit in at a time, the staff were very helpful willing to help, the room was tidy enough room for 2 days, had a kettle and drinks,. the bed ..... well 2 days was enough, the mattress had seen better days, you could fell every spring and wire inside, not very comfortable. free parking out the front of the hotel, but...

“The room and bed were very comfortable. We would have liked a fridge in the room, that was the only thing missing. Breakfast was really nice, good options from both the menu and buffet. The location was fantastic and the food in the bar was really tasty and big portions too.”
