Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 10 people (ideally 2 couples with children or teenagers) without ever feeling cramped, it is the ideal retreat for unforgettable family or friends vacations, where the maritime soul of the place meets high-end amenities.

The heart of the villa revolves around a large, bright living area that immediately invites conviviality. You will discover a cozy living room, where the pellet stove promises cozy evenings during your off-season stays. This relaxation space opens harmoniously onto a beautiful American-style kitchen, fully equipped and designed for preparing your market finds and sharing large, convivial meals with ease.

Sleeping Arrangements...

The night area has been arranged to ensure comfort and privacy for each traveler, with 3 beautiful bedrooms featuring refined finishes. You will find two elegant double bedrooms, each offering a large, comfortable 160x200 cm bed and practical storage shelves. The third bedroom is a vast dormitory, a true paradise for children or teenagers, equipped with two bunk beds (4 single beds of 90x190 cm) and a convertible sofa. For everyone’s comfort, the house has two modern and functional shower rooms, as well as two toilets.

Outdoor Spaces and Wellness Area...

On an island where private outdoor space is an absolute luxury, the villa stands out with its superb landscaped courtyard. The magnificent wooden terrace features a true privilege: a private outdoor spa (hot tub), perfect for relaxing your muscles after a long day exploring the cycling trails. The outdoor space is also equipped with a large family table for your outdoor meals, a barbecue, and comfortable sun loungers. Regarding parking, since Île d'Yeu favors soft mobility, access to the villa is on foot or by bike from the port (your vehicle remains parked on the mainland).

To make your arrival easier, we offer to book your ferry tickets at preferential rates! Enjoy a 30% discount for departures from Fromentine, or a 10% discount from Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie. Please feel free to contact us once your booking is confirmed, specifying your desired departure time, and we will organize this for you.

CONCIERGE FEES AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

To guarantee you a hotel-quality standard and complete transparency, preparation fees are not included in the online booking. Payment is made directly to our concierge service "Les Clefs de l'Océan" after your stay is confirmed.

Mandatory Fees (Essential Services):

End of Stay Cleaning (Mandatory): 170 euros per stay. (The accommodation must still be left in a correct state: clean dishes and emptied trash cans).
Bedding and Household Linen Package (Mandatory): 10 euros per person. This package allows us to provide you with hotel-quality linen (beds are ready upon arrival), towels (1 large and 1 small per person), and kitchen towels.

Tourist Tax (Mandatory): Variable depending on your booking.

Deposit: A deposit of 1,000 euros will be required before your arrival. It is made in the form of a pre-authorization on your bank card (the amount is not debited). Our team will contact you as soon as your booking is confirmed to arrange payment for these services and offer you our tailor-made services (bike rental delivered to the villa, etc.).

HOUSE RULES

To preserve the beauty of this villa, the interior is strictly non-smoking. Parties and noisy events are not allowed in order to respect the absolute tranquility of this wooded neighborhood. The use of the spa is under the full responsibility of the guests.
