"Posizione strategica, molto vicina al centro. Struttura veramente lodevole, colazione varia e ricca. Camere molto belle ed accoglienti. Parcheggio comodissimo"

"We used the hotel as a base to explore Hyeres so we didn’t participate in the activities offered. I did use the sauna which was clean. A suggestion would be to add some herbs or herbal oil to the steam to offer a more pleasant and beneficial experience. I also used the swimming pool. Another suggestion, please heat the pool. Given that most of the clientele seemed to be over 60 years old, a heated pool would have been more welcoming. The only negative for me was the food. It was abundant both at the dinner buffet and the breakfast buffet but the quality of some of the basics could be much better: the orange juice came from an Andreos machine but it didn’t taste as nice as the juice we had from a smaller hotel with the same machine. The baguettes weren’t so great. Coffee was OK. In the room, it would have been nice to have had fresh paper cups in the bathroom every day or at least when it was obvious that they had been used and thrown out. "

"Partiamo dal fatto che per me è inconcepibile che Hotels - che normalmente considero una garanzia - mantenga tra le sue proposte un hotel (?) come questo. Ci vorrebbero molti più caratteri, mi limiterò ad alcuni flash: check in chiuso dalle 20:00 (siamo in una località di mare super frequentata), molto sporco, senza ascensore (scale ripide), stanzino con water (impossibile chiudere la porta, le ginocchia vi sbattevano sopra), doccia semi otturata, arredi vecchi, letti scomodissimi, stanza piccolissima (avrebbe dovuto essere una tripla). Da evitare con cura"

"Hotel ottimo, cibo buono e relax. Unici punti deboli sono alcune stanze poco insonorizzate che creano disagio se gli altri clienti sono poco rispettosi. Grazie x aver accettato i ns. 2 cagnolini ma riteniamo che ci sia da rivedere il costo di 25€+25€ al giorno. Saluti "
