“Beautiful room, interaction with owners was polite and minimal and we felt comfortable during our stay, met the owner in person when leaving and she was very lovely. Information of the surrounding area was available in the room which we found really useful. Lovely location and really central. Great choice for food and drink”

“Entering the warm friendly reception area, you are greeted with smiles and laughter, and the staff are so friendly and chatty, making check in a breeze. The bedroom was spacious and clean, and the shower was large and had good water pressure. Evening dinner was delicious it was a 3-course meal – Fish Goujons for starter and Chicken and dauphinoise potatoes for main and fruits of the forest cheesecake for dessert. Bingo was on the go for the residents after dinner, loads of laughter and people...

“I booked online and then researched the Holiday Park after (slightly backwards way of doing it) but I’m glad I didn’t take all the reviews too seriously, I’ve stayed in far worse hotels than this. Obviously late December is definitely not peak season either but still enough people about. The kids loved the pool and there was an on duty life guard and cafe. Our apartment was nice too. If I could give 1 bit of feedback it’s that the changing room for the pool is an open 1 room which the boys...

“Very good location to access North Devon. The property is cozy with added facilities recreational facilities like swimming pool and games. Good enough for a family of four for a short break. The town is stone throw away from the property with few food options. Superstore next door is huuuuugeeee bonus. Overall very good. Highly recommend ”

“Nice apartment, ideal positioning, Illfracombe is very steep, but lovely walks to be had. Car parking is free after 6pm in the town also. We didn’t use the facilities but pool looked a decent size. Cushions on the bed were very hard. Could maybe do with a couple of soft ones in the wardrobe as a just incase. Lovely place overall. ”

“The booking on hotels.com stated that the property was pet friendly and dogs stay free. When the booking was confirmed, we were told that pets were £35 per pet and not as advertised. Avoid if you have pets.”
