“Everything was great. Especially the staff! We couldn’t make our originally planned stay due to being hit by a tornado. They completely understood and rearranged my stay and let me do an early check in the next day, and a late check out the following day with no issues at all. ”

“I chose this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working. My husband asked a staff member if they thought it might be fixed for the following day. Nope, it had been out of service for about 5 years. It an older model and they are not able to find parts. We did go swimming. It's a good sized pool, but the water was murky. I did like the in/out cobcept of the pool. The workout area was adequate. I like that it was close to the outlets and nice upcoming shopping...

“Their amenities listed are completely false. From no beach access due to health concerns all the way to no wi-fi. Would strongly suggest to go elsewhere unless you enjoy being freezing cold all night and buying your own toilet paper.”

“Not impressive. Loud, long-term guests late into the night - sketchy, hanging out in one room with the door open. Poor housekeeping- old towel hanging within the shower curtain, built up dirt in the corner of the room. ”

“The room needs the bathroom door knob fixed. My mom was stuck in the bathroom in the middle of the night. The tv remote needed new batteries We needed an extra comforter for my daughter and never received one as well as extra sheets for the crib.”
