“A wonderful place with a wonderful view and friendly staff”

“The room wasn’t ready at the checking time. The mold was everywhere in the bathroom. No AC in the room, WiFI signal is extremely weak that TV goes off due to the lack of signal, closet shelves are broken, no table or desks where you can put your clothes, no shampoo and soap in the shower. An awful smell all over the room especially the bathroom. No welcoming staff. Coffee mashing was pouring water.”

So we had to find another hotel. When we contacted Hotels.com to have our money back, they claimed that the booking was...

“Poolen så noget beskidt ud. Ingen liggestole. Morgenmaden var noget skrabet.”

“Loved the room with views of mountains and surrounding mountainside neighborhoods. Wonderful breakfast (included in room rate) and lovely dinners (separate charge 120 MAD/meal).”
