“Great”

“The front desk staff was very friendly and welcome us with an upgrade due to my husband birthday. The hotel also arranged for cake and sweets to be delivered to the room which delighted us. Nice gesture. It was great that the mini bar is free as well. . The slight comment i have is the shower bath, the tiles are yellow n looks mouldy. Dont really like the sight. Rest of the room was great. Breakfast was average as i feels that the items on semi buffet should be warmer, some are abit cold and not...

“false advertising on the Expedia site. Photos of the hotel clearly show a splash park and other various amenities although they are not at the actual hotel they are in the neighbouring resorts world and you have to pay to get in.”

“Hardware (villa itself, lobby etc) was very nice and still very new. It was very pleasant to be staying in the villa. Suggest to change hair dryer to Dyson please. Service - Could be improved. Hardly the standard you'd expect from Raffles and at this price point. Butler - Nice young guy but attitude unfort, was gen Z. I had a t-shirt to do laundry on, asked him for the laundry rate, and he told me to check the paper in the laundry bag... Villa snacks - Complimentary daily refill never...

“Very nice hotel located in Sentosa island. Excellent service, nice pool but its color could be better. Big and very comfortable bedroom. Breakfast needs to be improved in quality to meet standard. ”

“Bellissimo posto”

“The infinity pool is great for families. The shuttle for visits is resourceful and pass every 15 minutes. The walk along the marina is peaceful and the rooms are spacious. The attendants are very friendly.”

“Cant believe there is no fresh coffee machine”

“Strutura ottima”

“The hotel is great. The only thing that was not so good was the airconditioning - it was much too cold. Turning the dial to 30 degrees did nothing. We had to open the window to get it a bit warmer, but then mosquitos came in. There is no fly screen on the window. There was a sign asking us not to turn the airconditioning off, so we suffered the cold.”

“Buon hotel, vicino a sentosa e vivo city, vicino alla metro, stanze piccole ma come in tutta Singapore, ottimo per trascorrere qualche notte....”

“Camera piccola ma pulita. Anche se l’hotel non è in centro città è molto ben collegato con bus che passano ogni 5 minuti.”
