The master bedroom will welcome you with a very comfortable and modern Queen size double bed, wardrobe and air conditioning.

The secondary bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds of generous size, wardrobe and air conditioning.

The living area is a large and modern open space equipped with a sofa bed, smart TV, and a wall equipped with a full kitchen.

Kitchen that awaits you with all the comforts and fully equipped: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, toaster.

The open space opens a large window that will take you to the wonderful terrace equipped with quality outdoor furniture with a large dining table, chairs and space to enjoy the Emilian climate for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

To complete the structure there is also a nice bathroom with shower, bidet, washing machine, hairdryer, and courtesy kit always present with shower gel and shampoo for our welcome guests.

The apartment is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all main rooms. It comfortably accommodates 5 people without sacrificing space and comfort. Private reserved parking is included in the rate.

You have exclusive access to the entire apartment:
Living room/kitchen, master and secondary bedroom, terrace, bathroom and reserved parking. The technical room of the building is not accessible to guests.

The Rivazza Apartment is located in the Autodromo area, in the beating heart of the Emilian Motor Valley. The context is quiet and residential, with everything you need at hand: a hardware store on the ground floor of the building, bars and grocery stores within a few minutes walk, and a bus stop in the immediate vicinity to reach the historic center without taking the car.

The center of Imola is about 1.5 km away — a pedal ride or a five-minute drive — and it`s worth a visit: the Rocca Sforzesca, Piazza Matteotti and the traditional Emilian trattorias (tortellini, tagliatelle with meat sauce, piadina) are the best way to end a day.

For those who want to explore further, Bologna is 30 minutes away, Ravenna with its Byzantine mosaics at 40, Faenza and its ceramics at 30.

During the weekend the atmosphere often changes for the events of the Autodromo: fans arrive from all over Europe, the roads around the racetrack come alive and from the window you can already hear the roar of the engines in free practice.

Out of events, the neighborhood returns to its quiet and authentic dimension - perfect for those looking for a comfortable base, without the chaos of the center, with guaranteed parking and everything ready.

To get around, the apartment has private parking included — a concrete advantage both on normal days and during events.

Those arriving by train will find Imola Station about 10-15 minutes away on foot or by taxi: it is on the Bologna-Rimini-Ancona line, with frequent regional trains that connect Bologna Centrale in about 25-30 minutes.

For those who fly, the nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (~45 minutes by car), followed by Forlì (~40 minutes) and Rimini (~1 hour), both also reachable by train.

In the city, TPER city buses cover the main neighborhoods with five lines; the ticket costs €1.50 in advance or €2.00 on board.
