L'unità # 916A si trova al secondo piano sul lato sud dell'edificio. Questa è una proprietà molto semplice. Hai un letto matrimoniale nella zona notte, e c'è anche un Aerobed (Queen size) che può essere utilizzato nella zona giorno. Non c'è aria condizionata in questa proprietà, ma è possibile aprire la porta scorrevole in vetro che va al balcone e avere brezze oceaniche incredibili. Consiglio vivamente questo per 2 adulti o una famiglia con 2 bambini. Un po 'troppo piccolo di una proprietà per 4 adulti.

Rilassati in una pittoresca cittadina balneare, passeggia sulla tranquilla spiaggia. Cammina sul vecchio molo di pesca e porta la tua canna ed esca! Navigazione eccellente! Guarda o partecipa! A 10 minuti di auto si offre un facile accesso alla famosa isola di Coronado e il suo campo da golf. 25 minuti ti porta al famoso Zoo di San Diego, al Seaworld, all'Embarcadero di San Diego, al Centro Congressi di San Diego, alle favolose escursioni nel deserto o in montagna, in Messico, e tutto ciò che la sofisticata città di San Diego ha da offrire!

The host never answered my emails. I was locked out of the unit the day I was leaving with my car keys and dog still inside. Had to beg lifeguards for a ladder. Other than that the stay was nice. It was my fial goodbyes to the city I was born and raised in. Lind of a messed up adieu!

We stayed at a different location because this one was not available. It was an upgrade of space for sure. The views were nice and the place was very comfortable. My husband and I did not feel comfortable laying on the beach due to the homeless people that lived on the beach and wondered the beach at all hours of the night. Imperial Beach has a homeless problem and needs to be addressed.

IB Pier Apartment

If you are looking for a location on the beach that will take you back to the old time Imperial Beach this is your choice. Great for two people to enjoy watching surfers, fishermen, birds, beachgoers, and sunsets. The amenities are basic. The furniture could use an upgrade. It would be nice to change the toilet to an ADA chair height one. All the appliances worked. If stairs are difficult for anyone, they should try and reserve one of the two lower units (B). The unit was insulated well and we could not hear any other guests during our stay. Check in and communication with the owners is great. On site parking was very welcome too.

Not as advertised

Pros: 1. The house was there when we got there. 2. The door code worked 3. It had a full kitchen Cons: 1. The beach was closed because Mexico is dumping their sewage in the ocean, but sandiegovacation.com didn't tell us until AFTER the cancellation policy was agreed to and the house was paid for. 2. sandiegovacation.com wouldn't answer their phone, nor would they return calls from voicemail. <-- this is why I'll never do business with sandiegovaction.com again. 3. bathroom fan didn't work 4. blinds were broken so couldn't close them. 5. teflon pans that were peeling, teflon is a forever chemical. 6. TV would turn on, but couldn't access content because ISP bill wasn't paid? 7. Noisy neighbors all hours of the night.

Great location at the IB pier.

As others have stated the property is a little dated. But the location is fantastic! The views are amazing and so many amenities within a few blocks. I will stay at this Vrbo again!

Great location for San Diego vacation

This was an absolute perfect place to vacation, the location is excellent! Right off the beach, you get that cool ocean breeze. It's in a quiet area, but also very near everything to do in the San Diego area!

It’s a little outdated, needs a paint job. There was extra sheets in the closet but they were dirty. No hooks to hang damp towels or clothing. TV was a puzzle to watch. BUT YOU ARE RIGHT ON THE SAND AND THE VIEW WAS WHAT IT WAS ALL ABOUT..We will go there again

Sweet Serenity

I flew into San Diego on a Tuesday and allowed myself in with a door code self check in that was sent to me prior to my arrival. I immediately got into my shorts & slippers and was on the beach in imperial beach. I enjoyed my stay on the beach overlooking the Pacific Ocean!!! The rental met ALL my expectations and I plan on using this rental property from now on. Sweet Serenity!!!

Great Location

Small, basic, but very clean and the location is right on the sand by the Imperial Beach pier. Fold away sleeper sofa mattress is very thin and not comfortable. If you are looking for location first and clean, this is your place.

Amazing location!

Fantastic location, responsive hosts, appreciate that it’s pet friendly for our senior dog. Pity the beaches don’t allow swimming, not the fault of the hosts, and the homeless situation seems to be getting worse.

Perfect location

Great little place to stay. I almost didn’t need to drive anywhere- the beach was out the back door, and there are plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores nearby to walk to. Would definitely stay here again!
