  • MIGLIOR SEGRETO TENUTO ~ PASSI ALLA SPIAGGIA ~ Beach Front Condo ~ SPECIALE ~ 30 + GIORNO SCONTATO !!! Così vicino all'acqua si può sentire .. Niente tra te e l'oceano ~ Erano in acqua ~ Vieni a visitare Out Beach Condo recentemente ristrutturato .. !!!Compila gli speciali di Gap .. !!

    "Arcobaleni, onde, e vista da morire .. Non vorrete mai lasciare il mio Beach Front Condo ... !! Non puoi avvicinarti all'acqua o ci starai dentro !! Per non parlare dei tramonti scandalosi che faranno brillare ogni centimetro del tuo corpo .;))

    Viste maestose da ogni stanza tranne la camera da letto supplementare che ha una vista dell'estuario della fauna selvatica. Quando la marea arriva alla foce si riempie d'acqua in modo da circondato con acqua su entrambi i lati. Non c'è "niente tra te e il mare" Un magnifico alloggi in affitto di fronte alla spiaggia con una vista spettacolare sull'Oceano Pacifico da ogni camera ... questa casa vacanze è una "unità in basso", e molto singolare, se si vuole essere vicino alla acqua..!! E 'molto accessibile dal momento che si parcheggia, con 4 piccoli passi alla porta d'ingresso. Ogni camera ha una vista sull'oceano, tranne la camera degli ospiti, che ha una splendida vista della foce fauna selvatica .. !! Questo appartamento riposa in un ambiente non-congestionata lushly paesaggistico sulla riva southland. Il condominio ben arredate ha una splendida vista delle acque, i surfisti e lo skyline mozzafiato delle isole di Coronado. Si può anche intravedere passaggio delfini che giocano nel surf. Noleggiare cavalli per un galoppo stimolare lungo la riva! Passeggiata al molo per la pesca sportiva, e visitare Sea World e lo zoo di San Diego! Rilassatevi su due patii privati ​​dalla camera da letto matrimoniale e soggiorno, che va a destra fino alla spiaggia. Anche se non abbiamo una piscina (il nostro cortile è tutto l'oceano) avrete accesso ad un grande impianto piscina comunale con due piscine (una per giri e una per i bambini a giocare). Esso comprende un centro fitness completo sulla spiaggia equipaggiare con un centro basket e palestra di arrampicata su roccia. C'è piste ciclabili grandi, e il ciclismo su strada con percorsi, Grande golf nelle vicinanze, Pallavolo e campi da tennis, passeggiate a cavallo sulla spiaggia ... la mia corsa preferita è sulla luna piena .. !! Venite a godere i raffinati ristoranti, negozi esclusivi e di dismissione vita notturna di San Diego!

Imperial Beach at its finest.

The property was as nice as shown on line. We were literally on the waves. From the sliding doors to the rocks was only 20 feet! The King tides were amazing. We loved our stay here.

BBQ and beratement

Owner needs customer service lessons. She failed to mention water was contaminated at that time also. there is no bbq which is half the reason I rented it, please change that because it upset me greatly. Location is beautiful. House needs remodeling but is well stocked for any occasion. I left house in great condition and received email that I am being refunded full deposit 5 days ago and still have not.

Ocean water often contaminated - Kids not welcome

THE BAD (there is good - see end of review) Sewage contaminated ocean water and water off-limits to swimmers: The Tijuana River (which this property is close to) spills sewage into the ocean (this has been happening for decades - we didn't know this before we got to the property). For the duration of our stay, it was posted all along the beach to not get in the water. After looking it up, we found out this happens a good portion of the year (if you want beach front property, it may be in your best interest to look farther North) Kids are not welcome: During the check-in process, while speaking with the property owner over the phone, we were told twice that it would be best for our kids to always eat outside so "microfiber" crumbs do not get on the floor or counter tops and attract ants. We were asked to buy ant killer (using our own money and vacation time) and put it out (I don't mind helping, but have the ant killer available for guests to use if you are going to ask). We were also asked to put linens on the couches so the kids didn't get them dirty. We were also told that no sand at all could get in the house (this seemed impossible considering the proximity of the property to the beach). Between the crumbs and sand requests, we did not feel very relaxed inside the property, especially with our kids. Lease agreement fiasco: We were promised a few different times that the lease agreement would be provided to us so we could sign it and scan it back. Each time, the lease agreement did not come at the promised time. It was finally provided at 1:30 am (just a few hours before we had to get to the airport early in the morning to catch our flight). This was especially inconvenient because we were told several times that we had to sign the document and scan it back to the property owner before we could get into the property (an electronic signature was eventually accepted after complaining that the agreement was sent late). The sofa bed is not in good shape Picture #4 in the property posting (as of Sept 2019) is taken from a balcony. This balcony is not part of the property. THE GOOD Really pretty views Plenty of parking across the street Silverware, dishes and cups available and the dishwasher worked Outside provides a chill/relaxed atmosphere Washing machine and dryer worked well Plenty of towels and linens The neighbors were nice The new sliding glass doors and screens were really nice

This listing is not as described and the owner was difficult to work with

When we arrived at this condo is was not the heaven on earth as described. The photos are outdated and do not show the true nature of the condo’s condition. The frig was taped together, mirrors throughout the entire condo were rubbed off, the bathtub surface was worn off, lamps were rusted, toilet paper holder was taped together, the outdoor hose holder was completely rusted away, and the couches were old and dirty feeling. Large pieces of glass came out of the ice maker and we were lucky no one swallowed any. When I called the owner she just blew it off and said we should empty the ice maker. The condo smelled of animals when we arrived but we assumed it was par for the course with the way to the condo looked. and the way the owner dealt with the glass pieces. I am s super organized person and was willing to sign the rental agreement months ahead of time. I contacted the owner multiple times without much luck. I tried calling, texting, and even emailing through VEBO. When she finally replied I sent the personal information she required three or four times before she finally acknowledged she had received it and sent the rental agreement. Trying to get the code for the condo was a nightmare too. The owner would promise to call right back but would not follow through. We never got the code until 2 hours before check in. I was wondering if it was even going to be a legit place to stay. A week later I got an email from VRBO stating my refund would be zero. The owner accused us of bringing a cat and claimed there was damage. This was absolutely untrue. She didn’t bother to call and talk to me. Instead it was if she was trying to simply keep my deposit and hope I’d not notice. One of our party (4 fifty eight year old high school girlfriends coming from across the country) is allergic to cats! I am always willing to admit my mistakes but in this case I can honestly say I did nothing wrong. There was no cat while we were there. My mistake was believing the listing as described and then assuming the owner was honest. I will not make that mistake again. The owner would not listen to our side of the story and was unwilling to research things from previous renters when I explained how things were when we arrived at the condo We left the condo in better shape than we found it. The kitchen was spotless, dishwasher run, and the bed linens were taken off the beds to help the cleaning crew. I would be very cautiou

Laid-back Beach Escape With Great Views!

Definitely a great laid-back feel in Imperial Beach. Condo is perfectly located on the ocean side. Beautiful views of the ocean from the master bedroom and living room. Beautiful views of palms and estuary from the front door! The kitchen has been renovated and I really enjoy a nice kitchen to cook in! The owner was attentive and stayed in touch throughout our stay. She is super easy to talk to. She provided plenty of towels and linen. Our kids loved walking down to the beach even though our stay was in the winter months! Plenty of parking all around - except in the private driveway - it was a bit tight. Internet sometimes would cut off but not too big of a deal. There’s some rust/wear on curtain rods and some bathroom light fixtures/mirrors but it’s the beach - gotta love the salty air! Really can’t say anything bad about the rental! We’d love to come back and rent this condo again!

Relaxing stay & great location

Great place to stay right next to the beach. Plenty of towels, linens, floor fans & kitchen appliances. The parking spot was a challenge to get in & out of, but now I am able to reverse park LOL! The only down side is the moisture/ mist from the ocean that make the tile floor wet constantly, this is when the towels come in handy. I suggest packing some non-slip socks to walk around in. Other than that, great location and dog friendly neighborhood!

So close you can smell the ocean

My wife and I spent valentine's day weekend at this location. The place was amazing and the communication with the property manager was awesome. We did take our fur baby, so for those who have pets, the place is great. We were extremely relaxed and we hope to visit this place again in the future. The beach is practically a hop and a skip away. Totally enjoyed the walks on the beach. Till our next visit!!!

Amazing Sunsets!

The property is a little aged but is clean, furnished nicely and very comfortable. The patio is awesome for morning coffee and the most amazing sunsets! The ocean is (as promised) right out the patio door! The location is great - within walking distance to pier & pubs, easy drive to local shopping areas and access to interstates for day trips and airport, also lots of beach for daily walks! We would defintely stay here again! Thanks Kayli for sharing with us!!

Truly is "U and the ocean"!

The location of the condo truly is at ocean's edge. The view and the feeling of being right at the ocean is awesome! Kayli was great to work with and spoke with us often as our trip got closer. The condo was clean and ready when we arrived. The Imperial Beach community is relatively quiet compared to the surrounding communities. The close proximity to Coronado via the Silver Strand is a plus. It also made for a scenic drive in the evening over the Coronado Bridge. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again when in the southern part of San Diego county.

Very Comfortable!!!

We were very comfortable and happy with this condo. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach. The condo has everything to make yourself right at home. We look forward to staying here again soon!!!!

Very nice place

Had a nice time the condo could not of been any closer to the beach it was a nice peaceful beach. The condo has everything that you could ever need and the beds were comfortable

Dream come true

Just got one thing to say OMG “love it” it was so perfect we have been coming to San deigo for that last 20 years and this was the best one so far and we will stay no where else but here the place, beach, people was all amazing I wish I never had to leave but one promise we will be back next year thanks Kayli for everything 💗💗recommendation to u all you will love it

GREATEST FAMILY VACATION

Wonderful property . More than waht we expected. Owner is wonderful! Very responsive to all our questions prior to our vacation and followed up with us while we were there to be sure all was good. Our sons and daughters in law came with us to celebrate our anniversary. Accommodations were perfect as was Imperial Beach. We plan to do it again and hope to stay at Kayli’s place again and again

Sound of ocean was great, so close.

Enjoyed our time there, close to everything. So nice to just walk out the back door and be on the beach. All we had to add was food, everything we needed to cook with was there. Great places to eat just down the street.

The property is as described with fantastic ocean views and access. We loved having the new sliding doors open to hear the crashing waves. I would book this property again as the location is stellar. The only suggestion I would make is for the owner to have written instructions for the various features. Never could figure out the fireplace. The coded entry was tricky but with more verbal instructions from the owner we managed to lock and unlock as we came and went. Parking space is SMALL and tricky to use, especially since the space next to us was occupied by an oversized SUV.

Imperial Beach Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location worked well with our visit for our granddaughter's ballet recital in Coronado and visiting with them at their home in San Ysidro. We love Imperial Beach and this place was perfect for us and our dogs.

Rough start but beautiful property

We arrived to the property and it hadn't been cleaned. However, Kayli rectified the situation quickly. Other than that, the location of the property is absolutely beautiful, can't be any closer to the beach!

Coastal living

The location was everything promised and so much more! The sound of the pounding surf and everything in the condo designed around fully enjoying a coastal getaway was magnificent. I truly enjoyed the time we spent here.

Awesome condo on the beach

Location is excellent- beach is literally right off back patio. Home is comfortable and relaxing. Stunning views out the sliding doors overlook the ocean. Loved this area- quiet and we felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves, yet close enough to walk to the pier and other attractions or just a short drive from San Diego.

What I LOVED: LOTS of fresh towels available. Many vrbo's I've stayed in have barely had enough for a stay, so this was a lovely surprise! The LOCATION. Being able to walk straight out onto the beach was lovely, the view amazing, even seeing whales and dolphins out in the water one morning. A lovely walking distance to the pier. NOT SO GREAT was that the livingroom doors still do not open, and this has been ongoing since at least October, as I read in another review. One of the couches was covered with a dirty sheet, so we just avoided that one. Communication with the owner was difficult to make happen, and once it did, it remained difficult in that she talked over me and raised her voice, as mentioned in another review as well. Her cleaning crew was late so we were unable to bring our groceries into the condo until over an hour past check in time. We set our groceries on the front step and walked the beach while we waited. During this time the owner called me and told me I needed to immediately go back to the condo to communicate with her cleaning crew for her, which I found very unprofessional. This was because although I felt the owner had given me permission to drop our bags at the condo early, the owner denied that she gave this permission unless the cleaning crew was present. I did not get that message when we spoke. When she called to give directions to get into the condo and the rules of staying there, she talked extremely fast, and I had to rapidly write 2pagesofinfo down. This info could be typed& emailedOn the last day of our stay, we left the condo one hour before checkout time to go walk for one last coffee. I forgot my phone so I went to go back in, and we were locked out. The combo to get into the condo had already expired! So watch out for that! Thank heavens I had accidentally left the bedroom sliding door unblocked, or we wouldn't have been able to get back in! Many windows in the condo didn't open, and it would get stuffy at times. Fan in the master bathroom broken, and even the toilet paper roll holder was held together by electrical tape. These little things wouldn't matter so much if the owner had not spoken harshly to me on the phone. I didn't feel that I would want to contact her even if I needed to after being treated like an employee by her. The cleaning crew should have been contacted ahead of time by the owner so they knew we would be dropping our bags off early. We did not have a car to store them in until checkin time.

Beach time

My family and I enjoyed staying at this location. It was very quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean and inviting. Comfortable beds and adequate space. The only thing that was inconvenient was the fact that the patio door off of the living area did not work. We would have enjoyed relaxing in that room with an open door. A screen door on the bedroom would have been nice as well. Kayli was a perfect host and I look forward to staying at her place in the future.
