    Goditi la nostra bella e spaziosa casa sulla spiaggia, che si trova sulla sabbia mentre ti rilassi e ammiri i surfisti sulle onde dell'oceano, e guarda in lontananza i pescatori sul molo di Imperial Beach. Goditi le viste mozzafiato dal patio, dalla cucina, dai ristoranti, dal soggiorno e dalla camera da letto principale. Un ospite scrive: "La nostra cosa preferita era sedersi nel patio con un bicchiere di vino ogni sera a guardare gli incredibili tramonti!" Ci sono quattro camere da letto. Un ospite scrive: "La mia cosa preferita era addormentarsi e svegliarsi con i suoni delle onde! Un altro scrive: 'Quando i bambini non erano sulla spiaggia, si trovavano nella camera da letto / sala giochi per bambini a giocare a flipper. La migliore vacanza in famiglia di sempre! ' C'è anche un ponte sul tetto superiore. Un altro ospite scrive: la vista del tramonto dal ponte superiore è stata fantastica! ' Da ancora un altro ospite: "La migliore vacanza in famiglia di sempre: ci siamo sentiti a casa qui e torneremo sicuramente!" Aria condizionata per tutta la casa. Questo è rigorosamente un affitto settimanale, senza tariffe giornaliere.

    Rilassati in una pittoresca cittadina sulla spiaggia, passeggia sulla spiaggia tranquilla. Cammina sul vecchio molo di pesca e porta la tua canna e esca! Ottima navigazione! Guarda o partecipa! A 10 minuti in auto è possibile raggiungere facilmente la famosa isola di Coronado e il suo campo da golf. 25 minuti ti porta allo zoo di San Diego, Seaworld, Embarcadero di San Diego, al Centro convegni di San Diego, al favoloso deserto o in montagna, in Messico, e tutto ciò che la sofisticata città di San Diego ha da offrire!

I travel all year long. But this is the place where you want to make great memories. This is the closest to the ocean of any house beach. The view is breathtaking. I wish they had a monthly rental.

The view and beach access were amazing. We only wished for a bit more privacy from the neighbors, the soundproof glass that was used on the balcony would be ideal since there’s just a temporary fabric divider or if there was a noise curfew on the residences as several hours beyond midnight is obnoxious to everyone else.Being walking distance to restaurants and cafes was also a very awesome amenity along with the incredible rainfall shower( needs just a little TLC and CLR)and jetted tub were also incredible. Very refreshing and beautiful Oceanside view was so wonderful to see nightly

Beyond my expectations

So we booked the place because it looks amazing, immediately upon arriving it became clear that the photos didn’t do anything close to justice for this property. Amazing home, amazing host, amazing location and the little town of IB is absolutely amazing. We will be back

Home, views and beach access were top notch. The pictures of this property online do not do it justice. It’s so much more impressive in person. Plenty of room for our family of 6. We will be staying here again!

Excellent Location

The view of the beach was EXCELLENT- we didn’t have to go anywhere during our stay. Away from the crowd but within walking distance to good restaurants. Highly recommend.

Imperial beach house

Trip was nice. The ocean was closed because of pollution from the Tijuana river. Which we found out happens a lot for Imperial Beach.

Stunning view

The view is so amazing!! Location is also great -walking distance to restaurants, bars and little shops. The house itself could use some updating, and beds in the 3 rooms other than master are not the best. But, I would stay here again - just for the view, access to the beach and overall location.

Relaxing stay

This house is located on the beach!! Every morning we were down walking the beach and collecting shells that washed up overnight. Very nice small town. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. House is spacious and very well layed out.

The most BEAUTIFUL VIEW

This was the absolute best place I have stayed, bar none!!!! The host was very responsive and I have NEVER had a better view of the beach/ocean. I'll be back!!!

Love the view!!

This was our second time here! We love the view of the ocean & having easy access to the beach! The neighbors are friendly. We could walk to numerous restaurants & ice cream shops. Enjoy walking the pier! Found lots of shells & sea glass on the beach! Hoping to go again next year!

relaxing at last

We did not do much but the zoo and the safari park. I spent most of my time watching the surfers and looking at the dolphins. The house was very nice. The views were incredible. It was very easy to cook in the kitchen. I would recommend this home to everyone. Steve

Awesome beach location

The house was nice and we had the space we needed . The listing needs to be updated to say that the AC is not usable and that the sound system is locked up and also not usable. If you’re stsying with a large group or tor more than a couple days bring extra towels since there are inly 2 per bathroom. We were happy that dome things the listing says are not included were actually there but maybe they were just left from previous guests. The location was amazing so it really made the stay worth it.

Peaceful palace for the Holidays

the master was very comfortable and had nice amenities. the other adults could not sleep on queens, as the beds were too sqeaky. The heater went out and thermostat was.broken but he property managers were very attentive and fixed immediately. I would add some more pots and pans for holiday cooking. we had a lovely time and would go again.

Weekend get away

Beautiful property, views from every window. We had issue with the door ,firepit and T. V these where addresses very quickly. We did have ants in the kitchen, dinning room area..We had to keep everything in the refrigerator. I suggest you bring ant bait if you stay here. Also there are no seasonings or coffee filters. We left ours behind for the next guest. All our meals had to ne keepeveryt the rig

It was so relaxing and just a beautiful home. The location is great. Except, if you bring your dog, which we brought our little poodles, you cannot walk them on the beach. I'm just giving a heads- up. Also, the ocean water is polluted, which signs are posted to not swim. So, if you're coming for swimming, not the right spot. On a better note, the property management is awesome!!! We had a couple minor issues that we notified them of, which they initiated by checking in with us first. The minor issues were resolved the same day, and like within hours. We were happily shocked at the attention and efficiency in which they serve their clients. The home, in my opinion, was underestimated. The woodwork, the style, everything was solid and tasteful. My husband loved it. The beach is right there! It's clean and not stinky. We enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back.

INCREDIBLE!!!

This place was absolutely stunning !! The views of the ocean from all 3 levels of the home was breathtaking!! We enjoyed this incredible home so much that we already booked it again for next summer!! Just one thing to mentioned. We knew by the reviews that the mattresses were a complaint. So we were anticipating that but when we slept in the master bedroom, we were very comfortable. However, when our guest arrived and spent the night, they told us the next morning how their mattress was as hard as a rock. We might be bringing a mattress topper with us next time for our guests! LOL But all in all it was a fantastic home to vacation at!!
