But the cleaning staff sucked cleaned our room 1 out of 5 days, made beds 2 times and that was it. microwave started sparking and the cleaning staff tried to blame us for it. was supposed to get a refund for the bad disrespectful service but still 10 days later have not seen a dime back. For the amount of money we put out for the five days on a long weekend it was not good service. :(”

“First of all, they demand a $300 cash deposit just to get into a room. For a budget motel, that is completely unreasonable and feels incredibly sketchy. When you finally get past the front desk, the room is disgusting. The cleanliness is non-existent—stained floors, an outdated smell, and it clearly hadn't been properly scrubbed down before I arrived. It felt completely unsanitary to even sit on the bed. “We stayed 2nights for $423 including a dog charge $25. The photos seemed fine but it old, dusty, the room carpet wasn't cleaned, the door & floor has a huge gap & the noise from the hallway was loud. I used the pool but the water must be old & smelling bad. I wish they included breakfast at this price, rather than offering Denny's option at $15-20/person. To be fair, I would pay this type of facilities around $120 if continental breakfast was included.”
