A removable safety fence is available for families with young children, along with a convenient outdoor shower. The covered porch offers a welcome spot in the shade, while the terrace and barbecue invite you to enjoy leisurely meals and relaxed afternoons with family and friends. The property also features an electric vehicle charging point, making it especially convenient for guests travelling with an electric car.

Spread over two floors, the house offers welcoming, comfortable spaces for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. The living room, with its Smart TV and fireplace, is the perfect place to unwind after a day exploring the island. It flows into the dining area and kitchen, equipped with an induction hob, creating a pleasant space for cooking and enjoying meals together. There are four bedrooms, all with fans. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a wardrobe, while upstairs you'll find three further bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with a pair of single beds pushed together in each. The house also has two bathrooms, one with a shower and another upstairs with a bath. A cot is available for families travelling with a baby, and the separate utility room includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The property also benefits from solar energy, offering a more environmentally friendly way to enjoy your stay.
