Kind and helpful staff and comfortable room. We appreciated the amenities of the apartment and were able to cook and catch up on some laundry in the middle of an extended trip. “This was a wonderful hotel, totally redone 6 years ago, so everything was brand new and spotless. Our room was a generous size, and with an especially nice bathroom. We loved the location, right on lovely St. Andrew's Square, just 5 minutes walk from the National Galleries and tram stop for the airport, and just 10 minutes walk from the Royal Mile. “We loved staying here, in the quieter area of South Queens ferry. The hotel is a 30 second walk from the bus stop, and close to the airport, which was awesome and made getting around very easy. They also offer free airport shuttle Monday-Friday, which we greatly appreciated. The beds are AMAZING!
