Breathtaking lake views throughout and adjacent to forest land, this light-filled custom home offers privacy and natural beauty. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, with attached 2-car garage, Incline Village home sleeps 10.
The spacious main level has an open layout that is ideal for getting together with your favorite people. A glass front deck that runs the length of the home draws you to the spectacular lake views and beautiful scenery from every room. Several glass doors invite you to step outside. A large, stone, wood-burning fireplace is the focal point in the great room. A second fireplace in the dining room also complements the fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and a wet bar area with a wine refrigerator. Unwind in the sunny reading nook or, in the winter, in the ground-level, large steam room. When you need to sleep soundly, choose the ground-level master suite with a king bed, wood-burning fireplace and wet bar or the upper-level master suite with a king bed, wood-burning fireplace and private deck. Or choose one of the two additional upper-level bedrooms that share a full, private bathroom and open to a second deck. Please note: NON-SMOKING, NO PETS. This property offers no beach access in Incline Village at this time. There is no Air Conditioning at the property. (Most properties in Incline do not have AC.) Driveway is steep, but it is heated during the winter (4-wheel drive is required when snowing).
