Questa è una delle migliori case di Incline Village. 12 posti letto in letti o fino a 20 con divano letto e aerobeds in uso. 5 camere da letto, oltre all'enorme sala giochi. La GREAT ROOM (soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina) presenta soffitti a volta e viste sul Lago Tahoe. La sala da pranzo può ospitare 16 persone. Camino a legna. Vasca idromassaggio spa sul ponte. La camera da letto principale ha una TV nascosta da 60 pollici e dispone di un lussuoso bagno padronale in stile spa con vasca idromassaggio. La Fun Room è la caverna dell'uomo, con il suo tavolo da biliardo in ardesia di 8 piedi, la gigantesca TV 3D, il tavolo da poker, 3 slot machine e video poker Reno, il dispositivo di raffreddamento della birra, il piano Kawai e molti altri servizi.

Le camere da letto:

(1) Master BR all'ultimo piano, include un letto king size e un enorme bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio per 2 persone e una TV da 60 pollici che si alza da un armadio nascosto.

(2) il secondo livello ha una camera per bambini, con un letto matrimoniale e un letto singolo, più un letto singolo estraibile, quindi può ospitare 4 persone. Questo livello ha anche un mezzo bagno.

(3) il terzo livello ha DUE camere da letto ciascuna per 2 persone e un bagno completo.

(4) il quarto livello ha un'altra camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale e un bagno completo, e la Game Room / Man Cave, che presenta due vere slot machine Reno, una vera macchina da video poker / blackjack Reno, un tavolo da biliardo in ardesia e un grande schermo TV. La sala giochi ha un divano letto che può ospitare 2.

Inoltre, su richiesta, possono essere forniti Airbeds autogonfianti di alta qualità, due dimensioni Queen (dormire 2 ciascuno) e due Single Size (dormire 1 ciascuno).

Oltre allo spazio abitativo, la casa comprende anche un garage RISCALDATO per 2 auto e un DRIVEWAY RISCALDATO per il vostro comfort e senza problemi in inverno.

Best vacation ever

The home was everything it stated it would be! Very happy with the stay and would stay here again! Enjoyed the walks and hiking all around the neighborhood and rest of Tahoe! The view from the hot tub was a great way to start mornings!Thanks so much

Comfortable Stay in Beautiful Incline Village

The owner, Bruce, was very easy to communicate with and made expectations clear. The house is beautiful with lots of amenities to make your stay comfortable. Everything was clean and well organized with plenty of space for our multigenerational group to spread out. The game king slot machine provided some bonus entertainment for our group as well.

Beautiful house in Incline

The house was really nice with plenty of rooms / bathrooms to accommodate our group of 6. The house was clean and well stocked for cooking etc. The spa with a view was especially nice and the owner was responsive and easy to work with.

Everyone gets their own floor

Adult kids with spouses and babies need their own space!! Seemed soundproof. Very quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets. The house worked well for us.

2nd annual Butler vacation

Beautiful home and neighborhood. Everyone had a wonderful, relaxing time. Home had everything we needed and more. We had to contact the owner Bruce a couple of times for questions and he got back to us right away and was helpful and polite. Another great vacation in beautiful Tahoe!

Smooth experience!

The host was very responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process, which really helped streamline my planning for a reunion with a larger group (19 people!). The place is clean, spacious yet cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed, such as an extra folding table+chairs, which was perfect for everyone to eat together. Using the hot tub after a day in the snow was very relaxing as well. The only thing I would point out is that the shower on the bottom floor wasn’t able to get the water warm enough for some reason. Everything else about the stay was perfect!

Extended weekend get away

My family, myself, and friends from out of state, stayed in Bruce's home in Incline Village. The house was big and everyone had their own rooms. There were plenty of bathrooms. The master bathroom had a fantastic tub and shower. We hired a private chef, AnnaMarie, who had no problem cooking two meals in the large kitchen that was stocked with everything she needed. Hot tub was nice, especially at sunset. If you have a big group of people, this is the perfect place to stay. Thank you Bruce for hosting us in Incline Village. Kristal

Stunning Property in Stunning Lake Tahoe

The home is situated high above Lake Tahoe amongst beautiful, mature pine trees. The interior is quite spacious and large windows allow for plenty of natural sunlight and gorgeous views of nature. The furniture, appliances, and fixtures are all modern yet don't take anything away from the cozy, rustic feel of the place. The property made a great home base for every Tahoe adventure we planned on our trip. Bruce was excellent at communicating with us and even gave us some great tips for hikes and where to find the best secret beaches on the north end of the lake. We highly recommend, and we plan on staying here again when we return!

Wonderful stay.

Property was very nice. Neighborhood was peaceful. We stayed a weekend in the summer. Was hot but bearable. Air-conditioning is good. I would recommend bringing a humidifier if air-conditioning affects your sinuses. Wouldn't mind staying a bit in the snowy winter.

Beautiful home but not sure worth the trouble

The home was beautiful and located in a beautiful neighborhood. There was plenty of beds with clean sheets. Large home and very comfortable great for family size groups with partial view of the lake. Lots of things to do in the home like pool table and slot machines however two of the slot machines did not work and the driving game was so loud we could not turn it down. Was a fun game but extremely loud! we stayed during the summer months.. OK here is the downside and the trouble that we’re talking about…. Prior to checking in I never received any communication whatsoever from the homeowner. I had to ask him the day before to make sure he gave me the security code to get in the house. When we showed up the trash was overflowing and no place in The bear Box to be able to put trash ….no room! Could not figure out how to open the blinds in the living room, texted his cell phone number and no response. Sent him an email asking him questions regarding cleaning supplies garbage bags dish clothes to keep his kitchen clean no response. If you’re looking for a response from this homeowner you might as well pound sand! This VRBO really is not a true VRBO…. It’s almost like a house is being rented out that they live in. Many of the closets were unusable as there was junk in the closet and no place to hang your clothes one of which was completely locked off and the second one had a bunch of pillows and comforters could hang nothing in the closets whatsoever. In the master closet could hang nothing as well. Of all of the showers in the home the best shower to use is in the Jack and Jill bathroom on the second floor. The master bathroom as well as the lower level bathroom had lukewarm water even when the water ran for quite a bit of time. Also there is a 26 point checklist in a binder of all the rules that you need to abide by including using a whisper quiet voice outside during the day. Again, the home was beautiful but again if you cannot get in contact with the homeowner these things could’ve been solved while we were there but he chose not to respond so good luck to those who choose to rent!

It is a lovely property. Very well appointed and comfortable. Nicely decorated with little touches that made us feel welcome. The Owner was responsive and helpful. There was a little glitch with the entry code, but it was fixed right away. We were sad to leave!

Great family vacation home!

All 5 stars except one minor glitch with VRBO. We never received an email providing us the door code information. That being said, the property owner immediatley responded to our call and provided us the door code. This property was the perfect vacation home for our large family. The home had absolutely everything we needed. We've rented many vacation rentals over the years and this one is at the top of our list. From the well appointed chef's kitchen, to the amazing game room, this home has it all. Including a huge gradually sloped back yard area perfect for sledding. Our kids, along with the adults, had a blast!! Bruce, you own great property. Thank you for sharing it with us. Doug
