Rilassati e goditi il tuo soggiorno nella nostra accogliente cabina in una zona boscosa tranquilla e panoramica. Questa casa è il luogo ideale da cui esplorare le famose attrazioni del Lago Tahoe: spiagge, sentieri, campi da golf, casinò e sci. Tutti questi sono a pochi minuti! Lo Chateau & Hyatt Resort e le famose location per matrimoni nei casinò si trovano a 1-2 miglia.

Questa cabina a due piani per famiglie misura 1.440 piedi quadrati e può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Ti piacerà sicuramente la sua atmosfera accogliente, il quartiere tranquillo e una piscina riscaldata in comune durante l'estate (di solito è aperto dal fine settimana commemorativo fino a metà settembre-ottobre).

Con due TV (Dish Network), streaming Netflix, Internet wireless ad alta velocità, videogiochi e giochi da tavolo, DVD, libri e giocattoli, nessuno si annoierà mai qui.

MASTER BEDROOM: un letto king size, un bagno completo con doccia, TV e XBox 360.

CAMERA DA LETTO # 2: un letto matrimoniale.

CAMERA DA LETTO # 3: un letto a castello a due piazze con un estraibile a due letti estraibile.

Le camere da letto n. 2 e n. 3 condividono un bagno completo (combinazione vasca / doccia.)

Tutti i letti hanno materassi memory foam, cuscini di qualità, coperte leggere e trapunte per un sonno riposante.

PIANO INFERIORE:

L'ampio LIVING ROOM comprende due divani che possono essere facilmente convertiti in letti full-size, una TV da 55 "con streaming Netflix, smart TV e un lettore Blu-ray DVD.
Il camino a gas con termostato offre la massima praticità e controllo della temperatura con il semplice tocco delle dita.
C'è anche un grande tavolo da pranzo per ospitare ottime cene.

La cucina adiacente è completamente attrezzata e ha alcuni condimenti, erbe e spezie gratuiti.

MEZZO BAGNO al primo piano si trova una lavatrice e asciugatrice per le vostre esigenze di lavanderia.

In estate, la nostra famiglia ama particolarmente trascorrere del tempo sul PONTE che si apre in un bellissimo bosco con un torrente tutto l'anno che porta il suono tranquillo dell'acqua che scorre. Ti invitiamo a sederti lì e rilassarti, sorseggiando il tuo drink preferito e ascoltando la natura. Per barbecue? Una griglia a gas Weber, un tavolo, sedie e un ombrello ti stanno aspettando.

Se viaggi con bambini piccoli, potresti apprezzare i cancelli delle scale, un parco giochi portatile con una culla infantile rimovibile e un seggiolone. Abbiamo anche alcuni piatti e bicchieri di plastica.

Il parcheggio e lo scarico della tua auto è facile! Ci sono due SPAZI DI PARCHEGGIO RISERVATI proprio di fronte alla casa e un ampio parcheggio per i visitatori.

La cabina è vicino a spiagge, ristoranti, negozi, un cinema, una pista da bowling e un centro ricreativo con palestra e una piscina coperta che è possibile utilizzare per una tariffa giornaliera. Il negozio di Raley è a meno di un miglio di distanza. Ha generi alimentari, un caffè con scelte interessanti, farmacia e offre vestiti e giocattoli stagionali.

Stayed here for three nights and could have easily stayed a week. Very close to everything Tahoe has to offer. The Creek outback puts this place over the top. You cant duplicate that sort of ambient sound. Very relaxing

Beautiful and spacious home for our family of 5 to relax in as we enjoyed the snow during spring break! Home included just about everything you could need, including baby items--the gates were super helpful for the stairs:) It was magical seeing the snow fall out on the deck and hearing the creek run at the same time. Definitely want to come back in warmer weather!

This property was THE perfect Lake Tahoe getaway. Comfortable, cozy and truly perfect. The kitchen had everything you needed and more! Absolutely amazing!! Olga was the perfect host. I will definitely be back.

Was very family friendly with kids toys, the kids room, and the layout of the home. The amenities were well thought out, and it was really nice that there were some condiments in the kitchen for our use (sometimes it really is the little things) The home was clean and our toddler loved being on the back deck getting to see and hear the creek.

The house was very clean and well furnished. Owner communicated very well and the property was exactly as advertised. Beautiful surprise when we arrived with a personalized note and treat waiting for us. Comfortable beds and we are already looking to book the same place for next year!

I visited Olga's place with my parents, and my mom, who is notoriously picky, absolutely loved the place and thought it was immaculate. Our favorite feature was the creek running in the back (best spot to have your coffee in the morning) and I appreciated that it was a 10-minute drive or less to groceries, several hikes, and Sand Harbor Beach. The proximity to Sand Harbor means that you'll have the best chance of getting a parking spot early in the morning! We didn't have kids with us, but the home is filled with everything you could think of to entertain people of all ages from video games, movies, and toys. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.

Enjoyed our time spent at the property and in the area. The creek running behind the property was wonderful sitting on the deck and listening to. Property was well equipped and a minor problem was attended to immediately. We left early only because of Hurricane Hilary and we felt we needed to get home prior to it hitting. We made it just in time.

The hosts were extremely helpful with communication. The place was great for a family, and had safety gates on the stairway which were perfect for us traveling with our toddler grandson. They easily accommodated us arriving a couple hours before check-in time, since the place was already cleaned and ready, which was much appreciated. Great location, beautiful sound of the stream in the backyard. Would definitely book here again!

Nicely placed in an isolated cul-de-sac with a raging river behind it. Very easy to find every thing in the house, which stayed cool even when it was hot outside. Facilities like the pool and laundry machine was much appreciated. Host was really easy to communicate with.

Having the creek outside was serene and a great noise buffer from neighbors (couldn’t hear anything). We ate all meals on the patio and loved being surrounded by nature. Well stocked house for young kids and they loved the pool and grassy area out front. Appreciate being able to use the private beach pass once too. Olga was super responsive and very helpful! Would definitely go back!

This is such a cozy place! Downstairs is a generous half-bath/utility room with washer & dryer, a (very) well-stocked kitchen, a generous dining table (great for 6 people, and will fit 8), and very comfortable living room opening onto the deck, which has a bench around the outside, a table and chairs, and a clean propane grill. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and two full baths, one attached to the main bedroom. Main bedroom: King bed; 2nd room: Queen; 3rd bed: Full+Single bunk; plus futon and pullout couch in living room. The back porch is right on the creek. During the summer with the snow melt, the soundscape is incredible! I thought we would be sharing walls with other units, but it's separated from neighbors by a few feet. Very clean community with a shared swimming pool and the gorgeous surroundings you'd expect in Tahoe. The owner, Olga, was in touch with us before, during, and after our stay, and very helpful. One thing not evident in the listing: There are at least 8 units side by side, and their porches are visible to each other. We only saw one neighbor, briefly, during our entire 4-day stay, so not a huge deal, but if you want seclusion, you'll want to open the back sliding door and hang out in the living room. Also, do not miss Sand Harbor Beach! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location is great, close to everything in North Tahoe. The property was immaculately clean and very well appointed. It's completely infant-ready and children-proof, with stairs gates, a travel crib, tons of games, multiple types of sleds, etc. The hosts were awesome. They really thought of everything, even of things we never thought we'd need. They reached out proactively before our trip with snow reports, overall trip and activities suggestions, and then stayed in touch throughout our stay and even after. And as a bonus - there is a nice river right next to the patio. Will definitely be back again.
