“We arrived late. The lobby was busy. I later learned they were training new staff. We paid for a king bedroom and was given a queen bedroom. When we turned the sheets, we found a very big stain. They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation.
