“I reserved a room with a balcony and I was given one in the tower which was not what I reserved”

“I went there for a work trip. Even though the Lobbi smelled like tobacco due to the casino, my room was on the 3rd floors and it wouldn't smell there at all. The room was clean and my bed was confortable. Breakfast was included and it was good. Our server's were very nice too. After reading other complaints I was afraid of what I was going to find, but honestly I had no issues. It was a great experience.”

“Friendly staff, clean rooms. Hot breakfast was not available due to a broken oven but there was plenty of other continental item. Nice pool and hot tub. Would recommend”
