“Beautiful place, nice comfortable room, loved the back patio area. Staff was kind of rude. In fairness, the whole place was full of kids for some convention. Maybe they’d had a long day. Ha! We got checked in easy, had a comfortable night’s rest, and really loved the location. I’d stay here again. ”

“The house itself was adequate, but unfortunately it was not very clean upon arrival there was hair in multiple areas, including the bathrooms and bedrooms, stairs. The kitchen was poorly equipped for cooking. Additionally , the neighborhood felt somewhat unsafe/sketchy, especially at night. With batter cleaning and stocking of essentials, the stay could have been much more enjoyable. ”

“Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors...

“Everything was exactly how the host described it. There were eight of us in K.C. for a girls trip, so we had two vehicles. The two car garage was VERY handy! We all will book this place again if we're back in K.C!!”

“Has all new appliances, LVP flooring, very clean ans modern. Nice yard for our dog but if you have a little dog make sure to watch it outside (we do see a coyote) smelling our dogs scent. Dale and unit were perfect for our stay, we do drive into city most days. Ate at recommended bbq!”

“The host was welcoming and the house was nice! Beds are comfy and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. We also really appreciate the spacious back yard for our dog and kids to run around. We appreciate its location and how it’s a short drive to major attractions in KC. However, it’s in desperate need of a deep clean!”
