“Under renovation which it needs. Feels old and dated. Fitness center being worked on so could not use. Pool and hot tub were open but they need to go in and scrub all the old work down stains and make fresh”

“The room was clean, but the air conditioner shut off in the middle of the night and the room got warm. The front desk reception did not tell us what time the continental breakfast opened. When we went to the breakfast in the lobby at 6:25 am....nothing was made or even out....not even hit water for tea. Disappointed.”

“It was fine. The carpet in the room felt dirty on my feet, but it wasn’t too bad over all. I just put my shoes back on. I wanted to add another name to the reservation in case someone else in our party arrived before we did, but I couldn’t reach the actual hotel by calling the number supplied, it was just an AI that kept hanging up on me because it couldn’t process my request. ”
