“TOO MANY ISSUES WITH THIS HOTEL SALEM ON OUR STAY. We checked-in late around 9 PM. After being outside watching 2 college baseball games in the cold, we just wanted to go to the hotel and go to sleep. The first issue was my keycard was NOT opening the door so I used my wife's keycard which worked. The second issue was the left sink was not draining, luckily the right sink was working. “I found cockroaches in my bathroom. They even got into the shower when my son was showering. I took pictures and a video. I very kindly and quietly approached the front desk and spoke with a very nice young lady who promised me a call from the manager immediately. I never received a call. I then emailed the hotel with details and requesting at the very least a response, and I still received nothing. Not a single word. I have worked in the hotel industry. I would have refunded my stay immediately...
