“My experience there was really positive, Wifi very fast, the room was perfect, big and very clean. the staff, very helpful. I will come back there 100%”

“everything was very well and the room was excellent, the staff extraordinary ”

“시설 좋고 깨끗함. 체크인 직원도 친절했음. 근데 체크아웃은 최악. 인터내셔널 카드 결제 안됨. 국제카드 단말기 자체가 없음. 같은 Lemon Tree 체인, 델리나 잠셰드푸르 다른 지점에서는 모두 문제없이 결제했음. 직원 대응은 "I don't know"뿐. 항공편 시간은 다가오는데 해결 의지도 없어 보였음. 결국 현금 탈탈 털어서 결제. 엄청 불편했음. 다시는 이용하고 싶지 않음.”

“goof location, clean hotel ”

“Clean room, excellent service, quick check in and great location ”

“A great find, central, clean and wonderful staff ”

“Perfect stay with amazing food and service. The staff is amazing and the food is great too. Highly recommend!! ”

“Clean rooms with plenty amenities. Hospitable staff. Recommended.”

“Excellent property with world class facilities. We stayed at the Royal Suites. This is comparable to any 5 star facility abroad. The shower reminder me of the “Heavenly shower” of a western brand hotel. Cleanliness and hospitality of staff is exemplary. Rupa and Prashanth did a phenomenal job to help us book and stay. Food was pretty good. Will highly recommend this property and will stay here again if we come this way.”

“Room is very good, hotel is also nice,, Hotel owner behaviour is very good, All is ok ”

“Staff”

“Very nice spot! ”

“Superb service by the staff, across the board. They are eager to help. Food in the restaurant was well-prepared and delicious. Hot water in the shower takes awhile, but it comes. A really good stay.”

“Some room additional facilities should be there. The room is completely closed one. No Gym facility.”
