This corner unit has amazing views from every window and an over sized wrap around balcony. The renovations now complete- the pictures have been updated. Be one of the first to book and enjoy this amazing condo with all its newness.
You just won't get enough of this place. Absolute paradise. No other villa in this complex has a view like this one. As you gaze out the windows lush landscaping framing the clear blue ocean sets the tone for the ultimate relaxing vacation. Go to sleep to sounds of the ocean and watch the sunrise from the wrap around balcony. This two bedroom with three beds is prefect for large families or multi- couple travels with two bathrooms one upstairs and one of the first level. Let's not forget the heated pool is right out your front door.

Fantastic location! Home was clean & modern, less than a minute walk to the beach. Kitchen was well-stocked, bed was comfortable, and the beach was not busy, we had plenty of space around us. Good selection of restaurants & stores close to the condo. Would definitely come back!

The location is right off the main road, so it is in the middle of everything! They are doing construction on the property, but it really didn’t cause any issues. Our condo was clean and provided a beach chair, towels, and pool/beach toys. The view was very nice and it is easy to get to the beach and pool. Would recommend staying here!

Old Florida building. Nice, clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy. Great beach view and clean, nicely maintained pool. Nicely heated. Baths small, but sufficient. Kitchen could be better stocked. Minimal and cheap cookwear and not a spice or tin foil or baggie in the place. We had tobuy toilet paper and peper towels. Couldnt find the dishwasher soap. Overall a good value.

Everything about our stay was great. Communication with the owner was like texting a friend. Easy access to the beach. Comfortable and cozy. Great parking spot too. Close to everything we needed and more. I highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting a nice place to stay for a great value. We hope to return often and come to this same property in the future.

Wonderful townhouse right on the beach!

The townhome was very clean. Beds were very comfortable had everything we needed Beach Chairs umbrellas, etc.. well stocked kitchen too! Lots of dining choices around the area and cute shops! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Best condo in FL, ocean front, next to hotels, shops, dining

The view of the ocean when you walk through the front door is priceless. Well stocked kitchen, beach gear, clean, and quiet since it's an end unit. The balcony was my favorite place to drink coffee and watch the sunrise, or escape the afternoon sun. Check in was seamless, easy check out requirements like taking out trash and stripping beds. Didn't have anything we needed to contact the manager about, and everything was as advertised. 5 days just wasn't enough!

Beautiful, great location

We arrived a day before hurricane Milton. We were amazed at how well this condo did during the hurricane. We could hardly even hear the storm! The rest of our days were beautiful. We got to enjoy the sunny beach right out our back door! Would highly recommend this condo.

We struck Gold!

Such a beautiful stay! Simply put, the location was phenomenal, the condo and its view beyond compare, comfortable, supplied with everything and to include pool and beach items, the pool was warm, clean and wonderful, the beach was private, the balcony was neat, other guests were wonderful and our whole family loved it loved it loved it and will be back again!

Location

The location is wonderful but the condo complex is old and needs upkeep. Lots of construction going on. Pool is very nice. The condo unit itself is nice but the carpet is dirty. But it is right on the ocrean.

Quiet beachfront condo complex

This spot is a gem. Pool was always clean and heated. Beach is right in your backyard. Lots of great restaurants and things to do in Melbourne. The property host is super. Always quick to respond and friendly! Will be coming back often.

Spectacular ocean front place

The view off the balcony is the best. Some days we just sat out on the balcony and it felt like we were on the beach. This property comes with beach chairs, umbrella, shovels for the kids, many cooking pots and pans, utensils, plates, and glasses. If you can’t find something your not looking in the right place in the house. Everything is there you may want or need. Pictures posted of the house are not deceptive in any way, true to what it is. You can walk to Walmart and many other restaurants and bars. Denise was very responsive and so were the property managers on fixing a kitchen light.

Great Beachfront Vacation

The property was super clean and had everything we needed. Communication was great with owner and property manager. I would say better than the pictures. This was just 2 adults but could easily accommodate a family and have enough space to not feel crowded with 2 floors. The location was awesome and when on the balcony you almost feel as though you are on the beach it’s so close. Very convenient to grocery, restaurants, and places to have a drink. If you are looking for a quiet non party spot you found it. We didn’t hear anything except the waves crashing outside the door. The pool is really nice, close, clean never being busy. Sleeping with the second story windows open at night was like sleeping on the beach except much more comfortable since the bed was great too. Would definitely recommend and will return.
