  • Il nostro 2014 ristrutturato casa è un ampio 3 camere, 3 bagni casa situata a soli 50 km dalle dune dell'Oceano Atlantico. E 'veramente una casa a 5 stelle. Se state programmando una vacanza in famiglia, un 'coppie settimana' o semplicemente allontanarsi dal freddo in inverno, vi accorgerete che questa è la casa vacanza perfetta. La nostra spiaggia offre qualcosa per tutti. Surf pesca, nuoto, surf, bombardamenti e se a pianificare il vostro viaggio tra aprile e ottobre si sarà trattato di guardare giganti Caretta e liuto tartarughe che depongono le uova nelle dune di sabbia ogni sera. Le nostre coste sono i maggiori motivi che depongono le uova in tutto il mondo! A solo 1 ora a Disney World e 35 minuti per Kennedy Space Center. Volta i visitatori potranno assistere alla Primavera Washington Nationals Spring Training Camp. Campo da golf a bizzeffe!

Wonderful Beach Vacation

This townhome is the best setting for the perfect Beach Vacation! The location is perfect. The condo easily accommodated our group of 3 couples, with a bedroom and bathroom for each. We especially enjoyed being just steps from the sand and enjoying the beautiful sunrises in the mornings.

Nice condo in a perfect location directly on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return. Bonus was it is turtle nesting season and we saw many turtles coming out to nest when we went on the beach after dark. The owner stopped by to check on us once and was available by phone if we needed anything. It was a great week.

Great Vacation

Beautiful, Quiet, beach house.

Loved the master bedroom with sliding glass door to balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beach was not crowded and very nice. Owner of the property was very accommodating and friendly. Saw a rocket launch right from the back yard!

Great Location

Great location to restaurants, grocery stores, and just steps from the beach. We spent a week at this property and it had a great view of the beach from the porch and balcony. The property owner is very attentive and provided recommendations when asked for places to eat and things to see.

Our New Favorite

Well stocked, well furnished and comfortable for the 4 of us. Right on the beach with great views of the sunrise. Within walking distance along the beach, to some beachside bars and restaurants. Johnny is a great host and he checked in on us after we checked in, as well as when we checked out. We will definitely be back.

Great Townhouse just steps from private residential beach

Beach house was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were comfortable and home was spacious and well maintained. Private residential beach is just steps away. Could see family at beach from upstairs balcony. Host was very accommodating and attentive. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great

Had nice view of the ocean from bedroom deck. It was great to be able to walk right down to the beach from back door/patio. The garage was helpful to store bikes and surfboards. It was like having full house on the beach compared to just a room. The place was pretty well stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was close by and readily available.

2nd stay here

We enjoyed our time here again. We stayed back in 2021. This time was just like the last time. You just can’t beat the beach location and access and the convenience to stores and restaurants. This space is perfect for 5-6 adults and it meets our needs. The views are gorgeous and we love the balcony especially at night. Johnny is kind and friendly and easy to communicate with. He always extends an early check in when available. We purchased some beach towels and a couple of boards and left them for the next person. We put a little extra cleaning into the kitchen and the washing machine but overall the place was very clean. Johnny’s price is most reasonable for what you get. Others charge much more so we are grateful for this opportunity to stay on the beach…again. Thank you for another excellent family vacation!

Great location and beautiful views!

The location is perfect, right on a beach that was uncrowded even though we stayed during Spring break. Just a short walk out the patio and you’re on the beach. We really liked being able to leave our chairs and umbrella set up all day, going back and forth for lunch and to the bathroom. The view from the upstairs balcony of the ocean is beautiful. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants and grocery stores. There were beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards in the garage for us to use. Also, there were trash bags, paper towels, paper plates, toilet paper, soaps and dish detergent, which you normally don’t find in a vacation rental. The condo was nice and clean and had been nicely remodeled. The patio was great for sitting outside, listening to the waves, with a table and chairs where we ate lunch most days. Here is why I rated it a 4 instead of a 5– The living room sofa was sagging and had books under the legs to hold it up. After sitting on it for a short time, our backs would ache. Johnny Valentine, the owner, stopped by at the beginning of our stay to ask if everything was ok. I told him about the sofa. He brought an extra chair over from the condo next door and told me he would be ordering a new sofa, but it of course wouldn’t be there during our stay. He said no one else had ever complained about the sofa. That night, we ran the dishwasher — or at least thought we had—but the dishes were still dirty in the morning, so I washed them by hand and sent Johnny an email thinking he would send someone to look at the dishwasher. He came a little later and cleaned the drain and told us we had to slam the door shut really hard to get it to work. He has another dishwasher in the garage to replace the one in the kitchen and said he would be replacing the dishwasher but not that week. The dishwasher worked better afterwards but I would advise not running it at night because it is very noisy. Also, there were only 4 coffee cups and limited bowls and plates, so we had to run it daily with 4 of us staying there. When Johnny stopped by the 2nd time, he offered to refund my money and we could look for another place to stay if we couldn’t make do. I had no desire to try and do that, it would have been a lot of work for one thing, and probably about impossible during Spring break. The location and the beach outweighed the negatives of the sofa and the dishwasher, although I hope they are replaced soon.

Great townhome

This is a great townhome in a really convenient location. Very close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops in both Melbourne Beach & Indialantic. The owner is very hands-on and he leaves the property very well equipped. He seems to genuinely care about providing a stress-free stay for clients and even called to make sure we were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals from home. There are also beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and other miscellaneous beach items that are stored in the garage and available to tenants. The beach access is private, convenient and beautiful. We got to wake up to see amazing sunrises and freshly dug sea turtle nests every morning. All-in-all, it's a great property and we'll definitely come back for another stay.
