Stanze antiquate, alcune non sono vivibili, con acqua calda disponibile solo in certi orari la mattina. Inizialmente ci era stata assegnata una camera doppia molto piccola (aprendo le valigie si faceva fatica a spostarsi per la stanza) con letto matrimoniale, ventilatore a soffitto che andava a tutta velocità (non regolabile) e faceva un rumore infernale. In più era presente un vecchio...

“Nice stay. But we were asked to stay in a different property for the day1 due to over booking. Property was clean and staff was very good.”

“The receptionist/manager was very helpful at check in. But the property itself is very badly maintained. The AC in my room didn't work despite the technician "fixing" it twice. As a result the room was very stuffy. This is not a place to stay if you are even remotely claustrophobic or particular about cleanliness. I checked out a day earlier (forgoing my prepaid second night).”

“Il personale è stato cortese. Le lenzuola erano sporche e nonostante le abbiano cambiate le hanno rimesse nuovamente sporche e macchiate. L'acqua calda è disponibile solo in alcuni orari al difuori dei quali va richiesta. L'asciugacapelli va richiesto. La colazione è appena sufficiente. L'impressione è che l'hotel si rivolga soprattutto ad una clientela locale (indiana). Una notte abbiamo avuto la sfortuna stare vicino clienti molto rumorosi che hanno reso difficile riposare.”

“0/5 — This is not a 4-star hotel, it’s a 0-star experience I don’t understand how this property is rated as a 4-star hotel. The area surrounding the hotel felt extremely unsafe from the moment I arrived. There was an actual brawl happening right outside the entrance when I got there, and the whole environment felt sketchy enough that I decided not to check in at all. When I went inside to speak to reception, the staff member was rude and completely unhelpful. According to their own no-show...

“Horrible experience, Bad smell in the rooms and toilet. Bed and sheets are not clean or washed. I have booked two rooms for 4 adults and 1 Child(15Yrs). Even after it is confirmed in the booking form , the hotel manager asked me to pay Rs 1120/- extra for the Child while check out. They did not provide extra bed too.”
