“The rooms were spacious and clean. Everything worked as it should. The bathrooms were nice and there were ample towels.”

“Let's start with check in, had to wait several minutes (5+) before someone came from down the hallway to the front desk. She was apologetic, friendly and efficient upon check in. Once in our room, it was spacious and clean, bed was more comfortable than most, the bathroom was a bit outdated. Outlet in the foyer didn't work, the smart TV in the room was not and could not connect to WiFi, despite the remote offering Netflix and mirroring to the TV? “Facility was clean enough but old. Very old. Staff was very friendly.”

“The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was less than amazing. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the sink handles were loose and hard to turn off. If you turned it too far, the water would turn back on. It was a good location.”

“The property was decent. The person working at night was a little weird. Not many amenities.”

“The rug in the room was dirty. The whole building moved when people went up and down stairs or walked across the hallway floors. There was divots under the rug by the sink. And to top it off someone had peed in the elevator and staff didn’t seem inclined to clean it up.”

“Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."”
