This unit sleeps 5 in beds. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 6 as we can provide and air mattress. Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean. This unit is directly located behind the pool, which is convenient to keep an eye on the kids while they are swimming. Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. The back door is 30 yards to the sand; which is awesome when you want to quickly run in from the beach to grab something. On the inside, the master bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels! Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a Queen and a twin size bed, and the TV Content in each room is supplied by Spectrum and complimentary movie channels are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

Our condo was at the bottom corner unit. Easy access to the parking, beach and swimming pool. We had no view the beach because the pool was literally out our back door. That was OK with us, especially because we spent most of our time at the beach. The unit itself was very spacious, clean and had everything that we needed. The only thing that we noticed was that there were some areas in the unit that needed some TLC but otherwise it was great.

Perfect little condo

The condo was the perfect size for our family. My only suggestion would be to heat the pool more lol. Other than that, it was great.

Met our needs nicely

Condo is well equipped from kitchen items to linens. Pool is right outside the sliding doors, limits view of ocean. Water hose is great for washing off sand after a walk on the beach. Master bedroom sliding door blind was missing a slat- -privacy concern. We really enjoyed the condo!

Home away from home

The condo was live in ready. There was everything we need to live and play. The only major drawback is the submerged rocks in ocean. This made entry and exit very difficult. We stopped trying to enter the ocean.

Unit 101 was ABSOLUTELY FILTHY.

I spent just about an hour cleaning the filth before I would even let my family IN. I took videos and pictures(more than happy to share them)because I was baffled that it was rented out being so dirty. Kitchen: Black mold was all in side the the refrigerator water/ice dispenser. The white handles and inside shelves were an orange/brown. The kitchen sink had mold around THE ENTIRE circumference and faucet. All it took were some Clorox wipes and a good scrub. We even had ants coming out of the wall/ counter corner; Quick caulking or silicone maybe? BATHROOMS: what appeared to be dry feces and urine lined the bottom of the toilets/floor. Hair, mold, sand, rocks and dirt in both showers. Also mold around faucets of all sinks. Dust and dirt covered the walls, base boards, closet doors and handles. Molding around doorways was brown in the middle from passing hands. Again, a few Clorox wipes and elbow grease was all that was needed. There were soda/juices splats pretty much all over walls in every room. Dust, hair balls and dead palmetto bugs were under and around furniture in EVERY ROOM. The living room couch was a tan leather but you'd never know because of the dirt covering it. I covered the couches w the extra sheets. God only knows. Bring your cleaning supplies!😁 The good: location was great, bottom level, easy access from parking lot, great to sit in back and watch kids in pool. Steps to the beach. Had the place even been wiped down w soap water it would have had at least 4 stars. Perfect for a family once its cleaned. Having to clean with some elbow grease when I walked in was not my ideal start to vacation. Had it been a hotel, we would have been upgraded & moved due to such lack cleanliness.

Clean and quiet

The pool was right outside our patio .. super convenient and closed at dark so all was quiet .. we also was beach side which was not cruised ..and got to be experience two Kennedy Space launches .. it’s a cool little town with good local places to eat and coffee shops .. I would highly recommend staying here .. we loved it!!!

Great Location

We are so glad we stayed here. It is right on the beach, has a pool and all the amenities you would ever need. We even saw dolphins and baby turtles right outside. If you are coming to the Melbourne area this is a great spot!

Great location with steps away from the beach and pool. It could use some renovating and upgrades in the bathrooms. The parking spot is TIGHT! You have to park between 2 stone pillars which are tricky to maneuver. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The overall stay was good. The staff there was very nice. The Condo definitely needs to be updated. Mostly in the bathrooms. The only two really negative things I would have to say is the fact it was advertised that you could park your car 20 feet from your front door this is not true they have replaced that parking area with special parking for the office staff so therefore I had to park out further in another area that they have designated for this unit. One of the main reasons I chose this unit was for the close parking and then I did not get it . Also the lady above us was smoking cigarettes pretty much all day so we could not access the porch very often.

We’ll stay again

The only negative we have would only pertain to people who don’t have kids. The pool was literally right outside our screened-in porch, which we loved because we could watch our kids swim from the porch. But it is loud so might not be for everyone.

Communications with the property owner and the manager was excellent. The condo itself was great.

Reading the property was no hassle. Communications was very good they always answered my questions quickly. I will definitely try to come back here again. Thanks so much for letting us stay here.

Location was great. Very nice heated pool steps from our screened patio. While we didn't see beach from our patio it was only steps to the sand. Unit very dated and not cheerful. Photos looked bright and clean. Manager had another cleaning after my first complaints and replaced several items that really weren't useable (some not til 2 days before our departure). We did leave earlier than expected. The unit has so much potential and I think improvements will be done soon.

"Christmas on the beachside"

Really enjoyed the Christmas vacation here at Indian habor Beach club!!! The accommodations were amazing and the sun/moon rises on the ocean from our balcony were breath taking!!!
