601, Indian Harbour Beach Club 6th floor corner unit

Located in beautiful Indian Harbour Beach, Florida in central Brevard County, we offer guests a relaxing stay. All our units directly face the ocean and provide a beautiful ocean view! Each unit is a beautifully decorated 2 Bedroom/2 Bath condominium. This 1350 sf condo is in the Indian Harbour Beach Club. This vacation rental complex is one of the best short-term rentals on the beach. This beach front complex is a hidden gem that most people do not know about. Those who do know about it, usually reserve their rooms a year in advance. Each unit has one covered parking spot. On the inside, the primary bath and guest bath are fully stocked with the necessities. All linens and towels are provided including beach towels! Now, into the living room and the bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king size bed. The guest room has a queen bed and a twin bed. All televisions are either smart TVs or equipped with Roku streaming devices. All TVs include the Spectrum and Xumo apps for live television. Please remember to bring or know your streaming service passwords, as you will need them to log in and access your favorite apps during your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would expect. Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove, coffee pot, blender, toaster oven etc. The laundry room has a large capacity washer and dryer. There is also a heated swimming pool, shuffleboard courts, outdoor gas grill, and a car wash area. Beach towels, beach chairs (2) and an umbrella are provided.

4th of July stay

This condo was perfect for our week stay! We loved watching dolphins from the balcony as well as being just steps from the beach. There was plenty of room for the four of us and everything needed was provided! We would definitely stay again!

Great holiday getaway

Absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! Great location, loved the beach views from the 6th floor, plus the heated pool! Fully equipped with everything you'd need for a family beach vacation, with plenty of space. This is our family's third time staying at the Indian Harbour Beach Club and we definitely look forward to returning again next December!

Laid Back Beach Vibes

Several families stayed at this complex for a week. Everyone has a great time. Beach was not crowded and there was plenty to do. The condo had everything we needed and was clean and well stocked. Complex staff was friendly and helpful.

Great location!

This place is in a great location in an area that I would call the best kept secret. The beach & the pool were not at all crowded. There are great places to eat nearby. The view from the balcony DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! And to top it all off - the place is packed with things that you always try to remember to bring & forget or you don't have room for. There are beach toys for the kids, chairs for the beach, bucket for crabbing or collecting shells, box fans in each room, board games, card games & the list goes on! I have never been to a place that was that had that much stuff that was so useful!! The only thing you need to bring is your clothes, toiletries, bathing suits & beach towels! Thank me later ;)

Perfect Graduation Stay

My family and I came to attend my daughters graduation from Florida Tech, we choose this property for its proximity to the University and the Ocean and based on our first experience with the property as this was our second time staying at the property. In regards to the property, the location can’t be beat the units are right on the ocean, my wife and I took morning walks on the beach and my kids enjoyed swimming in the ocean. The beach area is not crowded at all it was only other guests that were there. There is a swimming pool as well that we enjoyed whether swimming or just laying out. In regards to the unit it was nicely furnished, it had everything we needed for our stay from towels, dishes and utensils and appliances. We very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching and listening to the ocean waves. In terms of the staff I can’t say enough of how friendly and accommodating they were. We lost our key to the unit in the ocean and the other key was locked in the unit, it was after hours and the office was closed for the day so I called Cindy to let her know what happened, she came over in 10 minutes and was able to help us get back into the unit. Even though it was after hours and we pulled her from what she was doing she was very nice and helpful. Kudos to Cindy and the staff. Overall a great place to stay if you are in the Melbourne / Indian Harbour area.

Vacation heaven

The condo was very clean. I tried to leave it as clean as I found it. The views are amazing I can’t wait to return! We saw a dolphin the first and only night from our porch! Saw 2 rocket launches from the porch in a week time! A bird flew past our heads carrying a fish and eating it! Wish could of gotten a picture of it! The views alone is just amazing! Hope we can go back again soon.

If you are seeking peace and quiet...look no further

The managers of the property and very kind. I was thankful to hear if the chair rentals, as the chairs that came with the property definitely need updating. I really enjoyed the peaceful location of the room. The ocean had it's own issues; however, that is no reflection on the property. I would highly recommend this unit if you are looking to relax. The views are amazing, and it is nice they have such an amazing balcony, makes for a relaxing evening. Tried to leave it as clean as I found it, because that is what I do...a little on the pricey side, but changing dates seems to help with the cost.
