Situato nella splendida Indian Harbour Beach, in Florida, nel centro della contea di Brevard, offriamo agli ospiti un soggiorno rilassante. Tutte le nostre unità si affacciano direttamente sull'oceano e offrono una splendida vista sull'oceano! Ogni unità è un condominio 2 camere da letto / 2 bagni splendidamente decorato. Questo condominio di 1350 sf si trova nell'Indian Harbour Beach Club al quarto piano. Questo complesso condominiale fronte mare è un gioiello nascosto che la maggior parte delle persone non conosce. Coloro che lo sanno, di solito prenotano le loro camere con un anno di anticipo. C'è un parcheggio coperto e aperto. E all'interno, il bagno principale e il bagno per gli ospiti sono completamente attrezzati con tutte le necessità. Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti. (ricorda di mettere in valigia i tuoi teli da mare!) TV al plasma sono nel soggiorno, camera da letto matrimoniale e camera per gli ospiti. Il contenuto viene fornito da DirectTV e vengono forniti canali di film gratuiti. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto ciò che ti aspetteresti. Frigorifero, lavastoviglie, microonde, piano cottura, caffettiera, frullatore, tostapane ecc. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e la camera degli ospiti ha due letti singoli. La lavanderia ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice di grande capacità. Il complesso dispone anche di una piscina riscaldata, campi da shuffle board, griglie a gas all'aperto e una zona di lavaggio auto.

Siamo situati a soli 8,7 miglia e 19 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Melbourne, servito da Delta Airlines e US Airways.

Beautiful view! Close to the ocean. We could hear the waves when we slept in the master bedroom. Very clean and perfect for our family of 4. Good communication from the manager. Easy access code. Very comfortable chairs on the long patio. Enjoyed sitting on the patio chairs and lounger listening and watching the waves. Also great shower!

Amazing Condo on the Beach!

This was a great condo and I'm so glad we rented it! Granite countertops in a spacious kitchen; nice updated bathrooms. The condo overlooks the beach and has a large patio that stretches from the living room to the master bedroom. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The building was quiet and had covered parking. The beach was not too busy being a private beach and had really good sand with little to no rocks. We even messaged if we could use some boogy boards and they made them available to us in the office. We liked the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Our daughter especially loved the pool! We loved having the variety of a pool and the beach steps from our condo. A perfect vacation stay!

Great condo on the beach

We had a very nice family stay at this condo. Being right on the beach was perfect for gorgeous sunrises and easy access to the condo from the beach. We had everything we needed for the most part. While the condo is dated itself, it works. I gave it 4 stars because the couch was advertised as a pullout couch and was not. We needed this sleeping space for our oldest. We made it work on the fly. Overall a good place to rent.

Relaxing Getaway

Checkin was very easy. Condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. View was great! Loved the balcony. Property grounds were well maintained and manicured. We hope to return again.

Good price great view!

The location is excellent right on the ocean. Cute place. 4th floor so no bugs. Had all we needed. The ocean views out the big balcony are amazing. The pool and access to private beach was unreal. Building is older but not bad. Water pressure was a little low. Coffee maker dripped too fast and overflows the filter unless you baby it. Still there are small compared to the upsides. Book this place!

Nice condo on the beach

The condo has all you could need, enough towels, towels for the beach, soap, dishwasher soap, all you would need in your house really. Even a coffee maker (Kurig) for pods and for reg coffee. It has a balcony that faces the beach, this is on the 4th floor so we have a nice view, and there were chairs to sit and see the sunrise. Really pretty view. There were also two beach chairs and an umbrella. One of the chairs was giant so we never got to use it. In case of a rainy day there were board games. The building itself is very old and worn down. There was always someone cleaning or powerwashing the sidewalks but it still looked tired and dated. The unit was nice and renovated. The location is ok. as in most towns in America now there is a walgreens about 5-6 blocks, a publix 3 min driving, etc. Nothing great nothing bad. The pool was small and if there were 3 families it felt crowded. Still most people were kind and respectful and the kids are kids so it was loud and my kids were for sure part of the noise. If it got to be to much we would just walk to the beach which was great. If I needed to visit this location again I will stay here.

Everything we needed

This place was amazing! We have 2 small children, there were beach chairs and umbrellas available to us, unbeatable view, grocery and restaurants very close. This beach was not crowded at all, I felt totally safe, very comfortable beds and couches. Everything we needed was already there. 10 out of 10

Family Vacay & Dropping our son at FIT

Exactly as it showed

We had an amazing week at this property. The beach was perfect. The kids came home perfectly sun kissed. The condo is exactly as described. The decor was beautiful. Beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and some spices. Definitely check for coffee filters before you stop to buy some because there was plenty. We left the pack we purchased. 😂 My husband is already planning our return trip next summer.

Great location, below agerage property, overpriced.

First, this area has a beautiful beach that is not very crowded and is close to any shopping you would want. The property is very dated and in desperate need of a major overhaul. It reminded us of the early 90s (not in a good way) and is out of date. Some renovations inside our room helped (kitchen, bathrooms) but others were just downright disappointing (bedrooms, living room). Also, it was half clean when we arrived. Not nasty, but not clean either. Most of this I hesitate to bring up, but this is not a cheap stay. For the price we paid, I expected nicer and cleaner. Probably would not stay here again for the price. Revising this review for the 4th time because VRBO is forcing me to exclude all types of details. Seriously considering not using VRBO anymore also. Dropped star rating to reflect property and VRBO's ridiculous review guidelines. PS, if you do decide to stay in the area and would like a fine dining experience (literally within walking distance) check out this place: Cuizine Restaurant I took my wife here for her 40th birthday and the entire experience was amazing. It is upscale and pricey but was absolutely worth it. Ask for the owner/chef, "Z' Billy

A great place to get away

My family and I stayed here for 4 days before heading to a theme park, and by the end of the 4 days no one wanted to leave. The balcony was amazing and the unit was fully stocked with everything we could ever need for our stay. I really enjoyed the community as it didn't seem to be as big of a tourist destination as other beaches. There were no wait at restaurants and traffic was light for the most part. This is definitely the kind of place I hope to retire to one day and I look forward to returning.

Perfect for our “work-from-home” vacation

This condo was exactly what we needed for our getaway week from Colorado. Right on the beach with a fantastic view. My husband was able to work as if we were at home and I got to enjoy the beach. Everything was clean and comfortable and communication with the property manager was very easy and friendly. Loved that they have covered parking to keep your car from getting too hot. The beach here is nice and quiet and not super crowded. We totally enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation!

We loved our condo. It was clean, modern and comfortable. It’s our second time staying here, and it was an enjoyable experience each time. I would highly recommend Indian Harbour Beach Club to everyone!
