“Bed was hard, pillows were hard, but somehow the bed was comfortable and I was supposed to wake up around 8 am ended up waking up at 10am. shower was clean and very calming. The laundry smelled heavenly and refreshing! Staff were helpful but a bit vague.”

“The property is very clean. The room we had was very clean and a lot of room which was great for being there for 7 days for a livestock show. Laundry facility was clean and very helpful. Breakfast was good. Very quiet at night. The only issue we had was the amount of parking which was very tight with lots of trucks, a couple small buses there a couple of nights. Only a mile from the fairgrounds which was great.”

“I liked staff would send a message via paper to your room if a problem existed and they were immediately working on repairing. Also, front desk was very attentive and had a sunny disposition.”

“Terrible service and the room was not secureable. The ground floor window was not able to be locked and easily accessible from the outside. The staff not only was unhelpful but left me (a woman traveling alone with children) in an unsecurable room and did not help. We ended up leaving and booking a hotel elsewhere. They would not provide a refund.”

“The door to get in said room key was needed but that was broke. There was a used towel on the hook in the bathroom and the hotel seat was gross from how old it was. Updates needed. The smell was awful in the whole place”

“For $175 a night, I was excited for the spa room I saw online with the private hot tub right in the bedroom. In reality, the hot tub/deep bath tub was tucked away in the bathroom. The water came out rust colored when we turned it on, and there were lots of things floating. Not sure if it was old soap scum or someone else's dead skin. The room was clean in the areas that mattered, no bed bugs or anything, but the carpet was gross, mattress and bedding had what looked like old blood stains, and I...

“My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rooms have been remodeled. Easy walk to several spots to eat and economical price for the stay!”

“The room was clean, the staff was nice, but there were a couple of hitches. There was no soap in the shower, so I had to use the bar of hand soap. Also, my key cards stopped working on the second night of my stay for some reason, but they helped to reactivate them. Breakfast was pretty decent, bed was good. Overall, pretty nice.”
