“This is our second time staying in the past couple months…once for a sports trip and another for a school trip. We had accident double-booked and Expedia required the hotel to release the refund, which they did. Good breakfast, and great staff. Will most likely stay again whenever we are in Petoskey. Can’t compliment the staff enough!”

“I liked that the floors were hard floors and not those filthy carpets. However they were a little dirty since my feet got very dirty from the bath to the other side of the room. But over all very nice. The clerk or manager was very nice and did his best to accommodate my handicapped needs for my husband. He even helped me get him in the room. The breakfast was good. I was surprised to have a hot breafast. The room was pretty quiet even being next to the pool. The best part was the man that...
