“My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Charming, Cozy Cottage! Perfect location can walk to lots of shops/museums/casinos! Could not ask for a better location! Kathy and Jim are fantastic hosts! Great communication and the cottage had everything we needed! The patio was wonderful too! We will definitely return to Cozy Cottage! Highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed a very calm an peaceful weekend. It was our 20 year wedding anniversary and we needed the time away. VRBO, however has a hot tub as an amenity and there is none with this cottage. Property manager said she had told them to remove but they haven't removed it yet. Overall it was a great weekend.”

“Was here on business for two days by myself. Was very nice and cozy. Had everything I needed. I loved the back patio area which was covered with a picnic table. Would stay here again. ”

“Location is great, and host is even better. We could not say enough nice things about Tim. He was very kind and helpful even when we had an incident at the lake that caused us to lose the key, he was very understanding and able to come let us in when we got back. If you are considering this place, we would highly recommend it. Don't pass it up.”

“My sons & I all wanted a little fishing trip but didn’t just want to camp at state parks again. Too crowded, loud etc. found this place and it couldn’t have been anymore perfect!! This place is amazing!! How Richard designed the layout is incredible. Total privacy, clean, quiet, great fishing. All the amenities are as described. I could search the internet for hours and not find a secret gem like this place. 1 million percent what we were looking for. We definitely will be going back & checking...
