“We stopped in Louisville after being on the road for 12 hours straight. Even though we checked in close to 11:00 p.m. at night, the staff was really friendly, the space itself is absolutely gorgeous, and our room was lovely (as was the beautiful showers!). ”

“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean.
