“Everything was great except: I don't understand the flat sheet on the mattress, instead of a fitted sheet. I'm not a good sleeper as it is, but after tossing and turning all night, to wake up on a bare matress that hundreds of other people have done the same, was disgusting. USE A FITTED SHEET! And your valet needs work! That is the first and last impression of your hotel. They don't even offer to open doors for passengers as you pull up, a couple of them had zero personality. “Inizialmente mi avevano dato una camera rumorosa (due enormi condizionatori fuori dalla camera), dopo aver reclamato mi hanno spostato in una camera più silenziosa. La sera ho chiesto di riscaldarmi il latte del biberon di mia figlia e l'unico modo è stato di inviarmi il micro onde in camera dopo oltre 45 minuti (non vi dico le urla di mia figlia). Cosa mai vista.”
