“The hotel has been well maintained and was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room had dim lighting. The water pressure was a bit low but did the job. We were on the 11th floor. Hotel location was great. Parking was a small walk so we did valet at $36ish per day and worked out great.”

“There was a misunderstanding as far as the availability, but the host got everything together so that we were able to go to dinner and return to a warm, clean cottage. We had such a nice stay and really appreciated the host Tom. ”

“The overall stay was not bad. The neighborhood is terrible, the house it self was not terrible either but when I brought us some sanitary issues with the property management he acted like he did not know. I asked for my cleaning fee back that was included in the price with no response back. The communication stopped after the stay was over and nothing being done afterward! Beware of the property is all I have to say.”

“House was beautiful! We were in town for the Kentucky Derby, so everything was higher than normal, but this house was still reasonable compared to others. Location was great! Nice neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants and the river. Very peaceful and not at all concerned with safety. The upstairs suite was huge! Tons of room and everything we needed.”
