“They were over an hour from check-in getting us a room, there was barely any place to wait while we waited on them to have a room. We asked if we could utilize the pool in the meantime, we were told no. We lost over 1.5 hours of being able to use that amenity which is what we came for. When we did finally get a room, and were able to utilize the pool, there was not seating and you could barely get anyone else in the pool. For $350 a night, I expected more from this resort.”
