“This is a nice, small town hotel that is furnished well. We would have given it 5 stars except that they wash their bedding and linens with a scented detergent. This caused me an allergic reaction.”

“This hotel is in a walkable area of New Albany. It is a quick drive to anything in downtown Louisville. Great location. The building is aging, but it is well kept up. The room was newly renovated. We were comfortable for our one night stay.”

“While the room I had was surface clean, there was mildew on the shower head and a tad bit around the toilet area. I probably should have asked for a different room, but had already unpacked my things. The carpet didn’t look as clean as I had expected. The room was well appointed with a small kitchen, which was nice. The desk staff was super helpful. Can’t comment on the pool, as I didn’t use it. I was disappointed overall with the room on a whole.”

“The room was clean in the beds and pillows were so comfortable. The staff was very helpful in accommodating especially the breakfast staff. My husband loved the varieties for breakfast. My only suggestion would be to add Maybe some dairy free options like almond milk or yogurt dairy free.”
