“I struggle leaving reviews but felt this was needed:This vacation rental has a lot of potential because the location is excellent. It's right in the heart of downtown in a beautiful historic building, with several great restaurants and attractions within walking distance.Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The floors had not been vacuumed when we arrived, and the silverware, dishes, and glasses didn't appear clean, so I ended up washing everything...

Plan to drive everywhere. It is not within reasonable walking distance to downtown Indianapolis. By car, downtown Indianapolis is easily around 5-10 minutes.”
