“Apparently when you reserve a room, you receive an email that has the gate code for property entry and another code for the lock box for key to the room. We didnt receive the email and at 7 pm no one is anywhere to help you. The cell phone signal doesn't exist out there. So make sure you have everything and email with codes or it will take up to 4 hours to finally get the codes for rntry”

“Spacious room, good washroom, ok shower. Great pool to lounge around. Very nice little beach. Safe.
Note that the bar may close earlier than the indicated 8pm when we were there (near end of October).
Helpful staff. No wine bottle openers found after bar hours.
Great breakfast.”

“Très bel endroit , beau jardin , chambre très propre et bien équipée. Dommage que l’accueil fut froid : on nous fait bien sentir que nous sommes passés par hôtel .com pour réserver. Petits déjeuners exorbitants, nous avons préféré le prendre sur la plage pas très loin. ”

“Nice little place in perfect standard, we stares in one of the apartments on the side, for a bit more privacy and that did suit us perfect. Pool was nice, breakfast perfect and the hospitality of the staff was superb and you felt truly welcome.
Extra plus for the donkeys just outside the premises when walking home from late dinner at Oasis.
We will happily stay at Tiko Lodge again if possible, if coming back to Saint Martin /Jonas & Erika from Sweden ”
