Nestled in a quiet corner of the sought after gated community Indian Palms Country Club is your next bohemian getaway at Casa Moto. This newly remodeled and brand new pool/spa is perfect for your next vacation. Whether you are looking for a staycation, an adventure, or a small get together - our home was built specially for you.

Our community is the CLOSEST you can get to Coachella and Stagecoach without having to actually park inside fairgrounds!

When we first stepped inside the front door of this home, we knew it was going to be special. The initial thought upon entry is bohemian cozy. Not only did we know Casa Moto would become a forever home for us, but a special place we wanted to share with others. Follow us on IG @casamoto_indio to see the transformation of our place.

-Built in fireplace in master bedroom to cozy up during cold winter nights



Bedrooms:
-The Arched Master Bedroom has a king bed, fireplace, and mounted TV
-The Lovely Boho Guest Bedroom has a full bed
-The Desert Getaway Guest Bedroom has 2 twin beds with storage side tables for your personal items
-The Living Room sofa folds down into a daybed


Bathrooms:
-Master bedroom has an attached bathroom with an OVERSIZED tub and full shower. Help yourselves to bath salts or bubbles, a glass of wine, and a nice book
-Hallway bathroom has a full shower and tub
-Both bathrooms have fragrance-free, hypoallergenic shampoo and conditioner. With shea butter, moisturizing body wash.

A temporary keypad entry code will be provided to you prior to your arrival.

Home is located in gated community Indian Palms Country Club. Close to many attractions such as Palm Springs, Old Town La Quinta, Joshua Tree, El Paseo, and more! The neighborhood features a 27 hole championship golf course, a clubhouse for food and drinks. It also has Tennis Courts available for use.

When entering the community, you must enter the front gate on Monroe Street @ Indian Palms County Club. To exit, you can use closest gate on Jackson, or the front @ Monroe street.

Uber and Lyfts are welcomed.

Please be sure to read through the house rules prior to your arrival. We have also contracted with a TOP NOTCH property management company who is here for anything you may need. They will be your point of contact once your reservation is secured. However, we are also here for whatever questions you may have.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Please note, we have security cameras on the exterior ONLY (none indoors). We do have two in the backyard, but they are NOT actively monitored. They are there strictly for the safety of our guests and liability. Should you have any questions or concerns, but please send us a message. The privacy of our guests is of the utmost importance to us!

There will be a $50 daily pool heating fee if you choose to heat the pool. This just covers gas cost to heat the pool. Spa heat is complimentary.

Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental through Airbnb, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests.  You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.  

You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area. Because the pool is an outdoor pool, no credits will be given if it becomes dirty. However, we can send our pool tech over for an additional clean if necessary.

Super comfortable house

Nicely appointed and very comfortable home. We stayed for a weekend while at a horse show and location was central to all things needed.
