The pool area is not fenced, so children should be supervised. The BBQ runs on charcoal, so bring your own.



Pool heating is $60/day with 24 hours' notice (capped $1,000/month, max 82F).



The HOA does not allow street parking, max 4 vehicles in the driveway; street parking risks a $200+ fine and towing.



Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. Early/late checkout by 2 hours is $75 when available.
