WILL YOU NEED TO MEET WITH THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO RECEIVE A KEY?
- Our smart lock on the front door provides quick access to our guests with a customized entrance code.

WHAT IF YOU WANT TO HEAT THE POOL AND/OR SPA?
- If you would like the pool heated, there will be a charge of $80/day. If you would like to heat the spa only, there will be a charge of $40/day. The cost to heat the spa is included if you are heating the pool. Please let us know if you are interested in either of these accommodations.

POOL/SPA RULES
- No person under the age of 18 is permitted in the pool or spa without adult supervision. (Adult 18+ years).
- No glass in or around the pool or spa.
- Our pool, spa, and waterfalls are controlled through a tablet inside the home. If you need assistance with turning on any outdoor amenity, please ask for help by messaging us through the app. Our pool equipment area is completely OFF LIMITS and there will be a fee applied if the equipment is tampered with.

SECURITY CAMERAS
- There is a camera in the front yard viewing our drive way, and a camera in the backyard viewing our pool equipment. These cameras are for security and liability purposes, and for no reason are they to be turned off or tampered with.

EXTRA FEES
- $500 applied for tampering with the pool equipment
- $500 applied for tampering with the security cameras
- $500 applied for jumping off of the roof into the pool
- $500 applied for smoking on the property without permission
- $50 per day for every extra adult who is not accounted for within the initial guest count during booking.
