This single-story home sleeps six guests in three bedrooms.

The primary bedroom features king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the pool deck. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, a walk-in shower, deep soaker tub, and a private water closet.

The two guest bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and provide separation and privacy for all. These two rooms feature queen size bed, television, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. The guest bathroom is configured with a shower/tub combination. There's also a powder room located off the game room.

Lush landscaping creates a serene and very private setting in the backyard. Take a dip in the pool or soak in the hot tub. Chaise lounges invite you to soak up the sun.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
