Guest Access:

You have the entire home, including the casita.



Please note the pool is cleaned twice a week, and a valet garbage service needs access to the side of the house once a week.

Villa Sojourn is located in the upscale Montage community in Indio, a private, gated neighborhood known for its peaceful atmosphere, wide streets, and proximity to some of the Coachella Valley’s most iconic destinations. Just a short walk to the Empire Polo Grounds, this location is ideal for guests attending the Coachella or Stagecoach music festivals, as well as year-round events hosted on the sprawling grounds.



While it offers the tranquility of a private residential enclave, Montage is centrally positioned near world-class dining, shopping, and entertainment. La Quinta Resort and the charming Old Town La Quinta are only a few minutes away, where guests can enjoy boutique shops, local restaurants, and outdoor patios framed by stunning mountain views. Getting Around:

Driving is the easiest way to explore the area.



Parking for up to four vehicles is available, and there’s a 220V outlet in the garage for EV charging (bring a Nema 14-50 adapter for Teslas).



Other Things to Note:

No pets, due to severe allergies.



No guests under 25 without a parent.



Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am. Music cannot extend past the property lines. No amplified music or DJ equipment is allowed. This is a high-end, peaceful residential neighborhood.



The four rollaway beds are for comfort, not for exceeding the posted guest count.



Parking for up to four, no street parking ($200+ fine and towing).



A 220V Nema 14-50 EV outlet is in the garage (bring your own Tesla adapter).



The pool is kept in the mid-to-high 80s and is not heated in summer (redundant with desert heat); the pool and spa share a heat pump and cannot run at once.



Please note the pool is not gated or locked. The pool is professionally cleaned twice a week. Due to occasional desert sandstorms, you may notice some sand or debris between scheduled cleanings. A small pool vacuum is provided for guest use if you'd like to freshen up the pool between professional service visits.
